It's a very nice house that sits up on a hill but the driveway is so steep that it can't be used for anything except to drive right into the garage and when you do that all you see is the ceiling as you pull in because your pointing practically straight up in the air as you get to the garage. You can't park in the driveway or wash you car in it either. It's totally ridiculous, dangerous and a blatant rip-off. We looked at an already built home a few doors down that was for sale but didn't purchase it because that driveway was very steep. When Musser did a lot walk around with us we stated that we DID NOT want a driveway as steep as the one on the house that we previously looked at. Musser adamantly said,"no worries it will never be like that". He was right. It's worse! If there's snow or ice on it you can't clean it or down you'll go, literally. And of course you can't drive up or down on it when it snows since it can't be cleaned. I think that when the neighbors across the street know that I'll be coming out to attempt snow or ice removal they get together to watch the show and place their bets to see how long it takes for me to go sliding down the driveway on my butt. It's so bad and sad because our elderly parents and some of our older friends can't walk up it. Bottom line, it affects the value of our home and all kidding aside its dangerous. We attempted to contact Musser but we never heard back from him. I guess in a way it's partially my fault for not getting it in writing and holding him to his word. Let's face it I screwed up I trusted him.

We hired E&E for our exterior renovation project. This was by far our largest project we have ever…read moredone. The project consisted of replacing the roof, windows, siding, front door and building a portico. Our home was built in 1966 - so the windows and siding were original. The old windows were single pane and the siding was aluminum. In addition - part of the front of the home was brick. We absolutely couldn't be happier with how the renovation turned out. From start to finish the team at E&E was fantastic. Wallie worked with us through the estimate process. Alan was our project manager. Jason and his crew replaced the roof. Johnny, Merv and Sammy replaced our windows, siding and front door. And last but certainly not least - Jordan and his team did the masonry work. There were a number of decisions/changes that needed to be made on the fly and never once did I feel like it was an issue. Alan was always reachable via phone, text and email. Johnny was onsite for the majority of the renovation - so I could always approach him as well with any questions or concerns. I'm very particular about how I want certain things and I can attest that the craftmanship is top notch. The crew is very personable, they show up on time and they keep their work site clean. We have a couple of interior projects that we are thinking about doing in the future and we won't hesitate to reach out to E&E! Thanks again guys for everything!

The estimate would have been accurate except between time of estimate and signed contract plywood (actually OSB) went up in price dramatically and so he met us halfway which we appreciated. The job was done rapidly, with a large and competent team using remote control gantry buckets to lift supplies and remove demolition products... quite the efficient process. There was no damage to our gutter guards or landscaping, all debris was gone and the site was clean. Two years later and we are very pleased. Curb appeal is much improved, thermal efficiency is better and no problems with the roof. Dave responded quickly the two times I've called him since and has been professional throughout.

Always the consummate professional. I would want no one else to be responsible for my project. I am also a residential contractor so I understand what it takes to operate a PROFESSIONAL contracting business as long as Matt has. Let me tell you... It's tough. He's not a fly by night contractor with a cheap price. The value Breyer Construction provides is hard to match because when you are operating at the level they are, EVERYTHING is systematized to guarantee results. Think to yourself, do you want a guarantee outcome or do you want to gamble with hiring the cheap guys who don't bring this kind of experience to the table. Just as you wouldn't bargain shop for a doctor, you should not bargain shop for your contractor. Your home is your most valuable asset. Don't trust it to anyone else.

Needless to say our car tires were in danger! When asked about this they replied that's what happens when a roof is replaced!! My neighbor physically picked up twenty two nails in the parking lot! A few months after the roof was finished I noticed three different areas of my condo had water marks on the ceilings . I contacted the condo association whom sent a handy man over to inspect the situation. He assured me that there was an issue with the roof replacement. We then contacted Klausmair to report the damages. Two young men showed up at my condo only to deny any wrongdoing! They were extremely disrespectful to me as a woman let a lone a home owner. The men told me if the wind blows the wrong way I would get water in the condo!! I'm almost positive that the wind will continue to blow and I find it hard to believe that the wind only blew on my condo since I'm connected to five other condos that had not gotten water on their ceilings! Low and behold after denying my claim to fix my water stains. They returned at a later date to replace/install the roof boot which was not installed at the time of the roof replacement! Just about two weeks ago now a shingle blew off the roof not sure what will happen with that problem!! I would like to warn anyone looking for a roof replacement to go to a professional that will guarantee their work for the duration or the warranty!! Discuss plans with Cameron at the sales division of backyardandbeyond. He was very professional and replied to my questions and provided me materials and price quotes in a timely manner. After choosing the style of shed, Cameron went through the pricing and options with me, creating a full contract. Then gave me over to Biz whom in charge of scheduling to install the sheds. Biz refer me to Aaron whom was in charge of the on site building. Since the preassembly before delivery shed would not fit into my backyard door, We had to have the shed be delivered in sections and then built on site. Assembly and labor was about $800 and the cost of our 8x10 shed was about $3000. Not bad price for the quality and design. Very impressed with how fast Aaron King and his team put together the shed. They had sections already assembled and onsite placed them together, then Placed all the outer decorative components on it. They came really early around 6:30am from PA to NYC and then finish in under 4hrs. Was very impressed as I observed them erect the structure. Very good work. A little back story on this company. They are a Amish family run company that had been in existence for decades. I for one am extremely impress with all the products they build and sell. The other thing that I was impressed with was their self made one wheel trolley that they used to move all the pieces of the shed into my backyard. A great invention for sure. LOL... I highly recommend this company. I Will be sure to use this company again when it's time to build my future house backyard. Only one problem that I did not noticed until a lot later after Aaron and his team left. The bottom part of the door frame was missing and the khaki siding did not go all the way to the bottom like it should so the bottom section looks a little ugly and unfinished looking. Had I noticed earlier I would had pointed it out to Aaron. I guess it's probably an oversight on their part.
