My point here: ask for the cost before hand because the manager stated the stylist charge whatever they deemed feasible because they're at different levels of efficiency. I am saddened that JC Penney chose to take advantage of my loyalty over $60! Shame on them! Go at your own risk! Apparently the stylist do their own thing their own way without any repercussions.
