She knows exactly what she's doing and also gives the best hair advice on how to care for your hair to make sure it stays healthy. I have gone from brown, to blonde, to white, and now auburn. They have coloring and a few beauty services as well, but I'm not sure how much they cost. The staff is extremely friendly (but not intrusive). They make good conversation while they cut your hair. Lots of other people seem to be regulars as well and the staff catches up with them on their lives. I generally see the same stylist, but I could easily sit down with anyone in there. They're all very approachable. As far as operations, they're closed on Sundays and Tuesdays but they're open until about 7pm so you can get an evening cut. It's clean and well lit with a small parking lot so you don't have to park on semi-busy Westgate. Lastly, be prepared: Diego the dog will greet you at the door with a smile and a fabulous hairdo.
