We are grateful that they were able to offer same day service, we have not been able to open our blinds, without physically opening each slate. Thank God this place exists!! Not too many places repair blinds. The value was fantastic, let's say it would cost over $200 per blind, if we had to purchase new ones. Do not hesitate to use them! With all the remodeling happening in our home, we wanted to upgrade our beige bedroom Roman shades for another neutral to complement our new style, then ditch curtains, add shades on one set of windows in my Vanity Room and home office. COVID-safe, at-home consultation was gratis and every square inch of all three rooms were carefully measured. With colors in mind, all we needed was to stop in and look at numbers. I met hubs here, looked at fabrication and colors- while Mitch confirmed on his end if textiles were available. 360 is small- but equipped with Venetian, Vertical, Roller, Pleated, Roman shades, blinds, etc samples on display. Based on our likes, Mitch quoted a hefty sum for our Roman shade measurements and fabric. It was more than what we wanted to spend for all 3 rooms, so decided to focus on our bedroom only. I completely appreciated the service we received- because it was second to none.
