The dentist said hold on we're almost done and continue to work on him. He did not properly numb him the first time. My son had maxed out dental insurance due to an accident. We told the front desk this and they gave us his costs. I paid the bill before I left the office. We were supposed to return after having a root canal. We did not. The endodontist told us to find an alternate dentist to finish the crown. Weeks later we received a bill for hundreds of dollars. The front desk receptionist was rude and dismissive. Stay away!!

Right after the crowns were placed more than a year ago, I called them in urgent pain -- but they didn't answer for a full week because of "phone issues." In desperation, I went to a 24/7 dentist who misdiagnosed me. When they finally answered the next day, I went back because they knew my case and I didn't want to risk losing my new crowns. They loaded me with antibiotics, did the apicoectomy, and gave me a free bottle of "fairy dust" mouthwash, assuring me that time would help. It didn't. They could have caught this much earlier with proper imaging like an MRI and a timely referral to an endodontist. Instead, it was delay after delay, unnecessary procedures, and more pain than I should have endured. I will not be returning. I paid a lot of money for a nice crown with a hole in it.

(He said teeth are actually stronger without it...and yes, there would be a little shifting.) Since then my bottom teeth have shifted a bit, and our orthodontist still wonders why in the heck he removed it. But other than that, we've been happy! Beautiful office too!

(my emotions are my own, but short term memory loss is something they definitely should've stated clearly. maybe they did and i forgot! haha. but no seriously they should've made us more aware of these serious side effects before i took the drug.) anyway at the end the assistant made me take some tylenol or something and she watched as i spilled the water all down my front because obviously i was too numb to be drinking anything. she even gave me a mirror like that would help but it just made it all the more embarrassing, and funny, though i was a bit annoyed at her incompetence. she had this look like a scared deer the whole time, and it's kind of part of her job to calm the patient so, just something to be aware of. yeah overall hated this place, bad vibes, bad communication. i'm sure they could be fine for other people especially if they're your regular but my experiences were not great. lightly traumatizing even, though i'm over it. i just don't want this happening to other people. step it up please! much love to you though!

The dentist said a hard one would be best so my teeth don't move since I wouldn't be able to wear a retainer with it. I paid for it. He said it was risk free bc if I didn't like it I could try something else. Well, it was extremely painful. I thought maybe I just needed to get used to it. I couldn't sleep bc it hurt so bad. I tried wearing it for an hour during the day and over time I got acclimated but then had insane rebound pain when I took it off. I went back to complain and the dentist said there's no way they made any mistakes with it and it must be my fault. Maybe my teeth moved because my retainer isn't in good condition. I asked if my teeth could really move that much in 2 weeks. He admitted that no, they couldn't. He seemed upset but finally allowed me to get a soft night guard. Turns out in my sleep I think a soft night guard is chewing gum! I woke up so sore I couldn't eat solid food that day. Did I go back and tell them? Heck no! I don't need to not be believed another time. Good for them, they got to keep my money. Definitely never going back.
