They are professional, have great communication, reviewed progress with me at every major milestone during installation, and built me a darned great cedar board-on-board dog-ear picket fence. The process was not without some minor bumps - I asked them to move and re-set some posts that wasn't perfectly parallel on one side of the yard (they fixed it, right then and there), and there were also some pickets where the wood started to split a couple weeks later (the foreman came out quickly and replaced all of the bad boards himself, personally). And the end-result is just amazing - all of my neighbors, and even people I don't even know, have complimented the build quality. Unquestioningly, I am absolutely impressed by the fence - it is sturdy and high quality, and is everything that I was hoping for. But what impressed me the most was the people. That 4.9 score with over 300 reviews? It almost seems unbelievable, but I can promise you that it is absolutely 100% earned and accurate. They deserve your business. Absolutely ecstatic with the outcome of our privacy fence. We called Draper to get an estimate. Pete came out to measure and talk over our options. Having already had two other estimates from other companies, we were extremely pleased that Draper came in well under the other estimates. Not to mention the other two quotes were for pine wood and Draper was for cedar. We immediately signed our contract and paid our deposit to get on the schedule ASAP. Draper was 6-8 weeks out for their scheduling, as were the other companies. When our date came up our team showed up right on time of the window we were given. We even received a call from the Crew Chief, Ahmad, when they were 20 mins away. Upon arrival Ahmad did a walk around with us to make sure everyone was on the same page and went over the paperwork of what we had requested with Pete. I was so surprised that EVERYTHING, minor or major, was covered from our conversation with Pete. I say this, because too often something that is discussed with the sales rep is forgotten or not notated on the work crews paperwork. The rest of the crew, Bilal and Darren, started getting equipment and materials off the truck. After staking and running a guide line of string, they had the auger going within an hour after arrival. This crew was absolutely amazing. I found myself watching from the kitchen window, on occasion, as this well-oiled-machine-of-a-crew literally moved effortlessly across my backyard to create a beautiful fence. I am beyond pleased with the outcome of our new fence. So far, we've seen no warping issues with our slats (cedar is awesome) and everything still looks fantastic.
