Derrick did my procedure and he was a real pro. I felt that he and everyone involved in the actual procedure were really interested in me getting what I wanted. In fact everyone from the desk staff to nurses to massage therapists have been great. You're pretty relaxed by the time the procedure starts and while it's not painless, the recovery has been much easier than experiences I've had with major cosmetic surgeries. On top of all that, I'm extremely happy with my results.

I did feel that he missed a little bit, he understood my concern and I was told that it would cost a few hundred dollars to fix. My experience at BelleSculpt was not so pleasant. The first interaction I had with the doctor, I explained how much this affected my self-confidence and impacted my daily life so negatively. I was met with a very detached 'I'll do what I can'. Which still really bothers me. Why is it that plastic surgeons get away with statements like this? How are they even professionals at their job if they still can't effectively do, literally, their only job? I got my inner thighs and lower abdomen done. They marked me up and took me back, they claimed to have numbed me, but this was one of the MOST PAINFUL experiences of my life. I was constantly writhing in pain. The doc acted like it was such an annoying inconvenience for HER. I WAS IN HORRIBLE PAIN!! On top of that listening to the doctor and assistants talking so unprofessionally made me uncomfortable. She was complaining about how little BelleSculpt was charging clients, how underpaid she was despite being SO much better than the other surgeons there, the assistants were also saying how underpaid/underappreciated they felt, just complaining and complaining - the whole time. They finished up and I went home. Again, this was not my 1st rodeo, I know how important follow-up care is, I did EVERYTHING they instructed me to do. However, a couple weeks later I noticed 1 my inner thighs were kinda uneven and there seemed to be quite a bit left behind. 2 there was a very unsightly divot above my lower abdomen. I called and brought up these concerns and they tried to blame me saying that I must have not been wearing the garments or was doing something wrong. Nope. They said I wasn't going to be able to meet with the doc again until my 90 day follow up. They did offer 2 lymphatic massages. The Masseuse was probably the only genuinely pleasant person I delt with. She agreed that this was not any kind of shifting or separating, this was not my fault. They were still unwilling to offer any help until I met with the doc again. When I finally met with the doc, she had an almost hostile attitude. I told her that I was disappointed with my thighs, how I had mentioned my concern and entire reason for lipo was that they were rubbing together and that they were still doing so. She IMMEDIATELY became defensive and said, "we only guarantee 2-5 inches we never promised that they wouldn't be touching anymore". OK, rude. I didn't know the 2-5 in thing, at no point was I made aware of that policy, I guess I was just supposed to know, my bad I guess. The snarky attitude was just unnecessary though. Then I brought up the divot across my midsection, she tried to come up with some excuse and say that I should have gotten my upper abdomen done - even though it wouldn't have been hanging over had it not been for this divot. I had had enough, I said to her, " you were only supposed to work on my lower abdomen, if you did only take fat out of my lower abdomen, then why is it that this area is so much deeper than the area that you worked on!?" She had no answer. She just said she would talk with staff. Later I got a text from BelleSculpt saying that this was a common occurrence and they could fix it for a $1,000 room fee. Oh ok, now it's a common thing and not all my fault, interesting. Also, ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS! Is there going to be a hot shirtless bartender serving me bottomless margaritas? YOU RUINED MY BODY! Why is it costing me $1000 to fix? I feel like they just made up a price that seemed low enough to sound semi reasonable but high enough to be hard to pay so that they might be able to get out of it. I still haven't been able to get it fixed. I think my self-confidence might actually be worse than before. I hate my tummy, it looks horrible. Their ad says "results are guaranteed". lol, I guess they never said what kind of results.

Dr. Fenton is AMAZING and don't get me started on my nurses Jan and Gwen. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Even though I live in Colorado the team in SLC is the best. Definitely worth the trip!!! I highly recommend flying to beautiful SLC and meeting with this team for any cosmetic procedures. Felicia R

AVOID AIRSCULPT AT ALL COSTS. Worst experience of my life…read more I paid $16k and was left botched with zero care from them. I now have to pay another Dr to fix the mistakes of this one. I want to warn others and share my experience with Dr Alwin and Airsculpt as a whole. Horrible Procedure Day -I traveled from out of town and my arrival time was changed multiple times. Once I arrived, I was taken into surgery 6 hours late! I spent the entire day freezing in a robe on an uncomfortable doctors chair -Loud techno music blasted from the next room during my entire wait (yes the full 6 hours), making relaxation impossible. -Right before my procedure, I had to listen to the previous patient sobbing and groaning in severe pain because they had me waiting in the next room over -I teared up multiple times from the anxiety, and almost walked out. Once I was finally grabbed from the first room, I started bawling from the anxiety and instead of comforting me, the nurse rushed me into the operating room, promising Xanax would make me "feel better" Misleading Advice & Botched Results -My Coordinator told me to gain weight for my fat transfer (up a cup). I gained 14 lbs. At my 6-month follow up, Dr. Alwen told me the coordinator was wrong and I shouldn't have gained weight for it. I wasn't guided correctly for what my body actually needed. You speak to salespeople, not surgeons. Now a big red flag I wish I saw prior -The doctor removed next to nothing from my mid to upper back, leaving it unblended to my lower back and hips. It looks very strange, like I am wearing invisible spanx. I looked much smoother prior to this procedure. -I had concern about my hips and didn't want much or anything at all taken from them to preserve my natural curves. They said not to worry as it's part of the "shaping". I am now left with odd unnatural dips in that area. I now don't wear the tight, show off your curves dresses I used to wear often because of the strange dips that were never there before -Unfortunately, pictures are not allowed to be added to reviews which I find strange. So you can only see the positive before and afters they claim you'll receive. My pictures were able to be posted on real self if you would like to see them. -Although it wasn't a part of the fat removal, my low hips were the most bruised and to this day I have pain there still, unlike anywhere else on my body -I have weird unnatural indentations above my bottom that align with the hip dips. Worse on one side but visible on both. Dr. Alwen tried to gaslight me, claiming it was sagging skin. I knew this was incorrect as the dips were visible immediately after, even with the swelling. I saw 2 independent plastic surgeons for second opinions. Both confirmed he removed too much fat from the areas, creating the dips that will now require a fat transfer to fix. -I did this procedure to add to my breasts after a weight loss. I loved my body but wanted them fuller. They increased by about 1/4 of a cup size. If i'd known my body would take this big of a hit I would have never done this. Awful customer service -The manager never replied to my emails post op. I had to follow up multiple times for months just to get a single response -I tried doing my first follow up at the SD location. They changed my time last minute, then had me sit undressed in a robe just to tell me they were an hour behind (sound familiar?) -When I requested my 3 month photos, the office repeatedly forgot to send them and eventually claimed they were deleted. The doctor showed me them on an iPad at my 6 month follow up. Afterward, they went back to claiming the files didn't exist. Strange... -They provide zero aftercare instructions on massage, scar prevention, or incision care. Luckily I did my own research and knew what to do. I have received better aftercare for an ear piercing -A year ago, I was in the best shape of my life. Now, Im not comfortable wearing half my closet or a bikini for summer. I wish I read a review like this and backed out before it was too late. Do not trust these people with your body or your money. You're just another number to them. There were also a few issues I had when visiting the SD location for follow ups so PLEASE go read that review also. It will help you see the full picture of how Airsculpt runs their businesses.

They said their certificates expire a year after being issued but that was never mentioned when it was purchased and they failed to write it on the certificate itself. They should take accountability for their employee not writing an expiration date and honor the certificate as is. Now they just get to keep the money. It's despicable and frankly, illegal. Don't give them your money.
