All of these cheeses are very reasonably priced. Either way, I need about a couple of pounds of 12-year and some aged brick cheese. They were the best thing ever. I have this on my radar now. For my daughter's wedding rehearsal night picnic we ordered pulled BBQ pork & hot turkey for sandwiches, potato salad, bean salad and a few other items from Charlie's catering kitchen.
