Very knowledgeable on what they do. I have used them on multiple occasions. Keep up the Great Work - would recommend this company if you want things to go smooth . read more

My landscape drains were completely clogged with roots. I had a big drain company come out to help but they said they would have to dig under my concrete patio and didn't think that was a good idea. They surprised me with a $60 fee to provide their 2 minute assessment. A friend had recommended Jason with Emergency Plumbing and Drains. I reached out to Jason and he was quick to respond. I told him what I was facing and he quickly told me exactly what I needed - a medium/large hydro-jet. Jason doesn't work in S. Carlsbad where I live but he was fast to provide a strong referral for Jeremy and Bobby with Drain Solutions. Jeremy and Bobby were quick to respond and very nice people. They worked extremely hard as a team to find these drains (a large one was completely buried under soil and grass) and clear out the dense roots which had blocked 6 of my drains. They had to sit in some awful traffic on a Sunday evening to get here but did not complain. I have cleared drains, the price was very fair and on top of that Jeremy cleaned up EVERYTHING. Roots, dirt, drain lids - amazing. These are truly honest and very hard working people. read more

Drain Solutions - Found large drain that was completely buried and this root is a sample of the stuff I had growing in my pipes. Yay Jeremy and Bobby!! - Plumbing Near Me - El Cajon, California

Jeremy & Bobby have been great all times we have worked with them. Jeremy flushed our pipes when we first purchased our home as recommended by our inspector. We were very pleased with the work as his quote was much more reasonable then other companies. His wife bobby is super responsive and we highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs! read more

Jeremy and Bobby are AWESOME. It is a bit frustrating because time-management is not their strong suit. But, quality of work, knowledge, professionalism in all other way, Jeremy is top notch. He thinks like an engineer and work like a master plumber, which is exactly needed to excel in this trade. He helped us on four different occasions (replacing a valve in the sump pump, air jetting the pipes, replacing half of the sewage pipe of our 90 year old house and replacing the water heater) and I cannot think about any other plumber whom we would consider hiring in the future. The sump pump issue was checked by two other plumbers who basically was concentrating on on the red herrings, Jeremy was the only one who debugged it like an engineer. And I saw that him in again and again. read more

Can't say enough good things about Jeremy and Bobby. Came out on a Sunday night to fix an issue that was blocking all outgoing flow from the house. Got the issue resolved and left the area looking as clean as when they arrived. Great communication before, during, and after the job. Once we got things 'flowing', they came back out a few days later to scope the pipes to make sure there wasn't anything else to worry about and finish a small repair. Will definitely use them again if other issues arise. read more

Great family company! Service was done in a timely orderly fashion! Very nice and respectful!

They did a great job taking care of my issues. Jeramy was very knowledgeable and took care of the issue quickly. Nice family business, reasonable prices. They ended up coming on a Saturday while was truly appreciated. read more

Jeremy and Bobby of drain solutions are the best. We had a clogged drain on Sat and a shot water heater on Sunday. Weekend and after hours, they came and did an excellent job at a very fair price. Not only that they leave everything clean. My wife and are very happy we found them. We will not call anybody else ever, drain solutions is our go to team! read more

Do not waste your time and money with any other plumber. Jeremy Stalmann is the best. Here's why you want him: Less than a year ago I made the mistake of calling another plumber to clear our badly clogged, backing-up, bathroom drains. It took three days for them to identify the problem and it set me back $900. Ten months later--same problem. Called Jeremy of Drain Solutions on Sunday night. He was out first thing Monday morning. Fixed it in a couple of intense, hard-working hours. Charged just over $100. He also returned a few days later on a separate issue--and charged us nothing! His attitude is what you dream a service provider could be. He is fair, honest, hard-working, smart, reliable. He does not yet have a web site, but is working on it. Just call him. I guarantee you won't be sorry. read more

Hello, Being a Consumer and Business owner i am extremely picky and selective! I had an issue in one of my bathrooms with the faucet dripping in the Bath Tub and etc. Called Drain Solutions received a call back set up an appointment for the next day. Jeremy was on time diagnosed and fixed the problem in less that an hour. Now that's what i call 5 star service! In my opinion we are all good/great at 1-2-3 and maybe 4 or more things. When you have a craft for something you master it. Plumbing NOT everyone is good at but Jeremy is GREAT at it. Thanks. read more

Was referred to Jeremy by Universal Plumbing because my kitchen sink drain was too clogged up for them to be able to unclog and needed the "jetter" used on it. I called Jeremy the minute Universal Plumbing left and he said they could try to have someone come out the following afternoon otherwise he'd call me. Well around 2 PM the next day Tommy shows up with the "jetter" and gets on the task of clearing my kitchen sink drain. Within 15 minutes he had unclogged the kitchen sink. On top of that he was a nice guy and all around professional. Would definitely call these guys again! read more

I wish I could give Jeremy and Bobbi more than 5 stars. They came to my house on Memorial Day to fix our kitchen sink. I called them in the morning and they were able to fit us into their schedule the same day. Bobbi was great with communicating with me on their ETA. Even though they were behind schedule, I respect the fact that he took his time to complete his prior job and didnt rush it. Same with our situation, after snaking our drain we had a corroded pipe, Jeremy went and got the parts the was needed to repair it. The price for everything was reasonable and they do give a cash discount. I highly recommend Drain Solutions and will definitely use them again. Thank you Jeremy and Bobbi for taking the time to help us out on a Holiday. read more

Jeremy was recommended to us by a plumber we trusted. We made an initial appointment that had to be rescheduled, and Jeremy was very prompt and communicative as we worked it out. He also quoted us the possible prices based on what might have to be done. The next day he arrived in the scheduled window of time and was able to unclog our bath pretty quickly. He also noticed a small leak at our toilet base and gave us a heads up regarding the severity (minor) and what it would probably cost. Overall very pleased and we will be contacting Jeremy again. read more

If I could give 20 stars I would. Jeremy and bobby are the Real Deal. A husband and wife team that work together to bring a great service at a great price. A fraction of what the big "rooter" companies will try to charge you. In the drain service industry there is a lot of price gauging and down right unethical business practices. Not with drain solutions. They made an appointment for a given time. They notified me when they were on their way. With only a slight delay that wast a deal, they again notified me they were on their way. They arrived and got the job done promptly. Thank you Jeremy and Bobby for your help. Best of luck in your future. read more

After 4 reschedules, they never showed and quit responding to my messages. Horrible customer service. Just simply say no if you can't take on a job. read more

Ignore the comments made about them being racist. I have known them for years and their work speaks for itself

Sad to say with all these stellar reviews, but my situation was less than stellar. I was referred to this plumber, Jeremy, from his partner at JJ Drain Sewer & Plumbing. Drain solutions, canceled just before the appointment. I rescheduled for two days later in the morning. He never showed. I called to see the hold up and he said he was on his way. The guy never showed and never returned my call. A complete waste of my time, and completely unprofessional. You would think a firm with this many good reviews would try to correct their errors given how reasonable the customer has been in this situation. read more

Have engaged Jeremy again and he has continued to be great. I have nothing personal invested with this guy, or this company, but he has been great for subsequent jobs, very responsive, and professional. I've hired many plumbers over the past several years, and I continue to recommend Drain Solutions. read more

Jeremy is now my go-to guy for clearing drains forever. He just got through doing a job that a previous plumber could not do. And furthermore he is a good communicator. He likes to use text messages. read more

Jeremy Stalmann has the right equipment to identify exactly where the problem is..and has a great attitude. He's easy to work with and professional and will show you on screen as he walks the very clear and bright color video head through your drain. He will Give you a video via thumbdrive showing within an inch where each problem in your drains may be. Jeremy did a super job narrating and 100+ feet of drain and he has another hand held instrument that will tell you exactly where problems are located and how deep the pipe is.. . He came out with one of the of the fanciest portable video rigs ever, and in an hour we knew exactly where 7 different patches of roots were located in my sewer pipes and what I need to do to fix this problem properly and permanently. read more

They were a 1 hour and 15 minutes late. We discovered additional problems just after they left my home. They said they were going to turn around and come right back and fix it. I waited for 4 hours on that Friday afternoon and they didn't come back. We had 3 phone conversations and they told me they would return. Tied up my entire day. Very upsetting. We made arrangements for next morning on Saturday between 8:00 am-9:00 a.m. Still they didn't return. Looks like a phone call to Better Business Bureau and the State Contractors License Board. Too many excuses. I can't recommend them to my Mt. Helix friends. read more

Jeremy was great to work with, he had my kitchen sink operational in Under and hour and was at my front door right on schedule! I had an opportunity to talk with him and he is a genuinely nice guy. I'm glad I was referred to him and will be passing the referral on as needed! read more

Josh and Josh junior saved me today! I'm pregnant & having to pee constantly & both toilets suddenly wouldn't flush!! I first called a drain guy who didn't have a camera which was needed to push my massive clog through. So they referred me to these guys.. After paying 119 bucks! :( next time I will call these guys first! They had it fixed & I was good to go in about 30 mins. Also I felt very comfortable with them- being a woman home alone. They were super nice & professional. The price was very fair I felt. I'm grateful for their help and will be calling them again in the future. I highly recommend. :) read more

I called Drain Solutions on Dec 26th when both bathrooms starting backing up! I made the call at approximately 2:45. Jeremy was out to our house at approximately 4pm! He was very nice and in about 20 minutes took care of the problem. His wife met him and waited in her car as they were going to go to dinner after our "last minute" job. I went out to talk to her and met their adorable baby girl. I looked at MANY plumbers on Yelp before making a decision on DS. And I am SO glad I did. Jeremy was prompt, courteous, and it felt great to give the work to a family man. He's our new guy for any future issues. :) read more

The rain caused quite the problem in our backyard... we have a drain that was not draining on our pool deck... Jeremy came out, snaked the drain, had to use the high pressure water jet, finally had to get the camera.... not only did he pin point the problem, he spent time locating the other lines under the concrete that we could connect the problem line to... which was in a 1 foot radius.... turned out to be the best of the worst case scenario. All of this in the crazy rainy freezing weather we've had! Spent three hours with us...only $175.00 .... seriously... the greatest service ever! read more

As a follow up, I tried to contact Jeremy again last summer after his great and diligent work the first time, but the phone kept going straight to Voicemail. After leaving a few unanswered messages, I tried to call back again (hoping that I would at least get someone to let me know if the service was taking a summer break or had an urgent issue to attend to) since there was ONLY one number listed for them and I actually got a few pick up and hang ups. It was the most unprofessional and bizarre situation for an operation that had been such an asset prior. I don't know if it was me personally that was being avoided or if there was a reason why they were "off line", but either way, get another number where you can let your customers know what is going on. I felt personally slighted and will not bother to find out whether it was me or an issue with the service. Such a bummer. read more

Just had them over to clean my main line down my driveway. I was having problems with that stupid company ARS, hate them. I was calling looking for someone else to help me and ran across Jeremy and Bobby, they are awesome, came out in an hour or so on a Sunday and cleaned out my main line, no drama, no fighting over price. Really enjoyed working with them. Definitely recommend! read more

Jeremy (& son ) took on our "job" when no one else would as we have no "clean out" and therefore you needed to go up on our roof to snake our plumbing. Thanks for your "can do" attitude when so many others refused us. read more

Jeremy was easy to have in my home. Friendly, respectful, and just a real person. I got a drain from my laundry and kitchen cleared. He let me speak my mind and courteously kept me in the loop as I watched. I felt a part of the process and learned along the way. Three cheers for Jeremy for all his professionalism. I will definitely recommend his services freely. read more

Jeremy and his son came out yesterday at the last minute to clear our clogged kitchen drain. I called at 2pm and they were there at 4:30pm, which was impressive. I had called around and no one else was available to help the same day without extra 24 hr service charges. So glad I found Drain Solutions. Jeremy had everything cleared and fixed inside of an hour and even offered some do-it-yourself advice on some other plumbing questions I had. Fair prices, great service and was just a pleasure to deal with. It's so nice to deal with honest, hard-working family guys like you. You have my business. read more

Jeremy came out same day I called and solved my drain problem that had been going on for a month despite contacting several other "fixers" during that time. My job was main line sewer snaking and he quickly assessed the situation and my plumbing layout as well as my woeful tales of plumbing mishaps. I was impressed as well as confident that he is persistent at problem solving and, sure enough, he was successful and my comfort level with his work was well justified! He was also patient and polite about answering all my questions. So it was a win-win all around and the price was reasonable. He deserves many more stars than five. Also a shout out to his charming wife, Bobbie and her 2 and 4 year-old "assistants." Wish all my home repair experiences were at this superior level! read more

Jeremy came by per the request of my regular plumber as we needed a camera to figure out what the heck kept backing up my pluming lines. He was on time (actually early) was very nice, professional, and took the time to answer all my annoying questions! :o) He found the precise area that was causing the issue very quickly and my plumber was able to resume same working the same day. I would recommend him and would call him again if needed! read more

Jeremy was the third plumber to try to fix my clogged tub drain. He stuck to it and was able to clear the drain. Two other plumbers had spent 6 hours total working on the drain and gave up. The second recommended Drain Solutions and I'm glad he did. The service was positive, he didn't try to upsell anything and charged a very reasonable rate. read more

I had a drain clog problem for years and had multiple plumbers cleaning up the clog without understanding the root cause. Finally I got Jeremy. He came on time and tried to find the drain problem through multiple clean-out. Finally he had identified exactly where the problem was. The drain pipe was sagging in one section and there was permanent standing water where the oil could build up over time and eventually clog the entire main line. I finally understand the problem and knows what to do in the future. The charge was very reasonable, could not be happier. read more

We used Jeremy and Drain Solutions again because our bathroom and kitchen sink were backed up. He came out and fixed both of them in about a half hour. Thanks again! read more

Originally I had a great experience. I was given updates regularly, had a great service and Jeremy got my drains unclogged, however after Jeremy left, the drains in both of my bathtubs backed up and now drain very slowly. I reached out, since I got a 30 day guarantee with my service, to tell them about the problem and they were very helpful and stated that it's a common thing that happens when hydro jetting the lines. My service was on a Friday and I was going out of town for the weekend. Jeremy was going to come back Monday to jet the rest of the drains, but when Monday came, I had to call and text several times before I even got a response of having "bad reception". With a lot of apologies there was a promise of coming out for sure the next time and being on time. It has since been a week since that last conversation and I can no longer get ahold of them at all. No return texts or calls. I will be moving soon and renting my house out and had considered a contract with them for the house, but now knowing how flaky and unreliable they are I will never use them again. $200 is very expensive for unreliable services and now I have to spend more money to get another plumber here to get my bathroom drains draining again. Disappointed. read more

I had a problem with a slow draining sink on a Saturday, so looked you reviews on yelp. Drain solution had a great rating so I called and left a message for Jeremy. Before I called I put some drain cleaner down the drain. When Jeremy got back to me my drain seemed to be working. I didn't need him to come out. (Or so I thought) Monday morning the clog is back. I called back and he was able to get me in that afternoon. He quoted me a price to come out and unclog the sink which I felt it was very fair price. I would call Drain Solutions anytime I have a plumbing issue. read more
