Todd was great. He came out on Saturday after 6pm to snake my shower drain that had caused me a headache for a long time. I was almost embarrassed by how quickly he cleared my clogged drain. This was after trying to remedy the situation myself for a bout 6+ hours till I gave up and called Todd. Thank you again for the great service and being available on a late Saturday afternoon! read more

I highly recommend Drain Rooter Service. Todd responded quickly and was able to clear out a very slow water softener flush out drain that had caused minor flooding in my garage. The cost was very reasonable for the emergency visit. I found the company on Yelp because my regular go-to plumber wasn't available for some time. I will be calling Todd for future plumbing needs based on his professional attitude, quick response and the value of his quality work. read more

Great job by Drain Rooter service. Came over right away and ran a snake on our washer drain. Had it fixed it minutes. Good value too

There was a leak in the backyard faucet. It just kept getting bigger. I called Todd and he responded right away. He gave me a quote after I sent him pictures. It was very reasonable. He told me he could come out in the afternoon which was perfect. Him and his assistant came. I was worried because the faucet was old. But they took great care in removing the old one. He put a brand new one on and it works great. I will definitely call him again. He was so nice to work with. read more

Excellent- happy to find someone reliable and honest near by to help us with plumbing needs. We had our bathroom getting constantly clogged along with toilet and tub, we had someone else come and give a quote and he told us to change pipes for $5000! We found this weird and called in Todd next day, he said he can fix the clog for 450$. He went onto the roof and helped us clog with a specialized machine he has with him- very honest and didn't try to upsell anything beyond the 450$.. very nice to chat with as well as he gave some more suggestions on water softener and Ro. Highly recommend Todd for any plumbing needs! read more

My tub and toilet were clogged. Within an hour of calling, Todd was at my doorstep. My old house does not have the sewer cleanout on the ground. He had to go to the rooftop to access the sewer pipe. It turned out that tree roots had infiltrated the pipes and caused the clog. After solving the clog issue, I made another appointment with Todd to install a sewer cleanout for future convenience. Throughout the process, he used a camera to show me exactly where the roots were causing the issue, which was both informative and reassuring. Todd finished the job on time, and I was impressed with how thoroughly he cleaned up afterward. His professionalism and efficiency are top-notch. Thank you, Todd, for a job well done! read more

Call today at 2pm while my friend refer them to us. We had a kitchen pipe clogged and reflux to our master bath tub. It is like a black slimy black pool piled up last night and took forever to clean up. And we had someone else came over for snake head once last year. But their job skill wasn't as great. Tu came within 10 mins and we show him the problem area... He immediately told us the major problem and would really hand by hand told us where to avoid, which part need to watch out and after 30 mins, problem fixed. He used a machine snake head instead of the hand-held one like last time... We really appreciate the prompt service with such detail telling us what to aware, avoid and watch out in future. Highly recommend!! They do accept venmo, zelle, paypal and others. It's such convenient way for us. Who keep much cash these days, right ?! xD Thanks again. And we definitely will recommend them to my other friends who need their service! read more

Alright, I was away and any issue occurred. My wife asked me to call a rooter, so I did. Todd showed up the next day and figured out the issue quickly, he explained clearly to my wife what is the issue and how to fix it. Since the issue was really operating than hardware issue, he didn't charge us anything. He told us the toilet is a bit old and when we are ready we can call him back and he will replace it. Overall we feel he is honest and super nice to deal with. Big recommend and will definitely add him to favor handyman list read more

Drain Rooter did a great job at my home. I had a water hammer and a corroded main shut off. Todd was very responsive to my messages and was able to send out a tech the next morning even though I messaged at 7pm. Tu arrived on time and did a very thorough assessment including going into the crawl space. He wasn't able to secure the pipe causing the noise but was able to do a great job on the main shut off and placed a pressure regulator. He turned down the water pressure slightly to reduce the water hammer. Overall, great job and I be going back to them for my next repair. read more

Drain Rooter - New Pipe - Plumbing Near Me

You can't go wrong with Todd!! We had a back up from our main pipe from the street into our house that caused an over flow in our downstair bathroom the night before July 4th. That night I was searching Yelp and came across Drain Rooter and with this many positive review, I figure I give him a try. Next morning I contact Todd at 7:30am and he arrived promptly by 8am. As soon as Todd arrive, I told him about the issue I was having and he knew exactly what was the cause and where to go to resolve the clogged issue. He knew that my house had a two way drain opening and went directly there and as soon as he open up the top lid we can both see the clogged. He snake out the clog and afterward feed his camera down the pipes to show me that the pipes were clear all the way from the two way to the streets and also from the two way back into the house. I thought I had to cancel my July 4th plans to get this clogged issued resolved but overall he totally saved the day. I highly recommend going with Drain Rooter Service. - Todd was very responsive and shows up promptly on time. - Very knowledgeable of the issue and how to resolve it. Previous plumbing company was not knowledgeable and try to sell me a 2way drain job for $7K. - Todd put in the extra efforts to show the customer that the job was done right and that there are no further clogs in the pipes. - Reasonable price for the job done. read more

Super unprofessional. Seems like the plumber just wants money and does not care if problem is actually solved or not. I called him 15 days ago to inspect and fix a bathroom clog. He came a ran a snake for 2-3 minutes and the water started draining. He asked for a higher than normal fee, and I gave it without argument as he responded promptly to my call and came immediately. I left for a 2 week vacation next morning and on return found the bathroom drain was still getting clogged. I sent a message to him but he did not respond. I tried again the next day and he picked up the phone. Now here is where his unprofessional behavior starts. He blamed me that I might have thrown something in the toilet to cause the clog. I explain that no one was home and that the snake cleaning he did 2 weeks did not seem to have cleared the clog. Even after my clear explanation he kept telling me that I should have done something wrong. Instead of coming over and looking at the problem this guys asks for more money upfront. I am not sure why someone would ask for more money upfront without checking if their prior work was done correctly or not. This did not seem honest to me. I decided to get a snake from homedepot and run it myself. I ran the snake thoroughly and was able to extract roots from the pipe around 10-15 ft mark. See the pictures. There probably was more that got flushed out. Stay away from this company if you are seeking honest and genuine service. I would rather find someone who is honest and do the right thing. read more

Drain Rooter - Plumbing Near Me

We had a master bathroom that had the drain back up twice - both coincidentally during the heavy rains in California. The first time it happened we had another plumber come by and they tried snaking through the vent but they were unsuccessful after multiple attempts (and a few hours of work). They recommended a flush through the cleanout which was under the house for this portion of the line. However, their equipment was too big to fit through the crawlspace entrance - we would need to repipe the sewer lines to have the cleanout exposed outside (prob close to $2K). Luckily for us, the problem went away during this time and we had been using the bathroom without issues for a whole year since. Recently (almost a year later), the problem came back when we ran the washer. I had Todd come and check it out. He ended up hydro jetting through the vent stack and the problem was fixed in less than an hour. Done! So far so good. read more
