I was referred to Drain Pro while calling around at 5 PM, stressed and trying to figure out what to do about a ceiling leak. After a long day of vague explanations from other plumbers and no clear direction, I was just trying to get someone out the next day -- until I got this referral. And honestly, it turned out to be one of the best referrals I've ever received. Kenny picked up the phone promptly and was incredibly kind and down to earth. He walked me through what could be happening, helped me understand the issue better, and made me feel way more confident about what steps to take. While it wasn't an emergency, I really didn't want to sleep with an active leak -- even a small one. Within 40 minutes, his brother Mike was at our home diagnosing the issue. My husband said Mike was just as friendly and professional. He was communicative throughout the process, respectful of our space, and super thorough. The leak turned out to be in a tricky spot, but Mike found it carefully and made a clean, discreet cut to access the area. Less than two hours later, the leak was located, addressed, and we were back to peace of mind -- all in the same evening. The pricing was fair, especially for after-hours service, and the work was top-notch. I love supporting hardworking small businesses that truly care, and Drain Pro definitely earned a loyal customer for life. Huge thank you to Kenny and Mike! read more

When you gotta go...go DrainProMan! We've called on Mike and team for over a decade - that says a lot about his service which is fair, friendly and fast too. We began calling Mike whenever our rental properties needed a plumber and we've been calling him for plumbing needs ever since - for our houses and even our neighbors call Mike. Plus who doesn't love a guy who whistles Zippity Doo Dah while he works? With numerous choices for a professional plumber it's sometimes difficult to find and stick with a plumber who's reliable - Mike is our go-to guy. We recently called him to help with a super slow drain including weak and slow flushes and back-up in the shower and tub. A rooter job was necessary- not exactly thrilling to have to pay a few hundred dollars, but knowing it was done properly is a good feeling. Thanks Mike, Kenny and team! read more

Mike and Kenny are the most honest, responsive, and friendliest plumbers I've ever hired. They've done two jobs for us so far (tankless water heater install/old tank heater removal and dishwasher install in brand new cabinetry) and we've been super pleased with the quality and price both times. Highly recommended. read more

I discovered my downstairs bathroom was flooded due to a stopped up shower drain. Our neighbor recommended Drain Pro Man, so I gave him a call and was able to secure a same day visit from Kevin, one of the employees. He did a very professional job clearing the drain pipe in about 15 minutes. Kevin even cleaned up the water that was on the floor. The price is a bit higher than other companies, namely, $125, but the job was well done. read more

I live in South Bay and also own a 8 unit apartment building built in the 1960's with old pipes that tend to plug up when things like tampons or an overabundance of hair get thrown in the toilet. And for whatever reason, the pipes tend to back up on Saturday nights at 10 PM way too often. This is where Mike comes in. About a half hour after the call he rolls up with his van and one of his sons and within another 30-60 minutes the problems are usually fixed. Over the years, other than snaking out pipes, he's also replaced sinks, fixed wall heaters, changed out underground pipes, found a leak that no one else could find (it was actually his son Kenny who found it) among seemingly every other plumbing issue. Beyond the work, Mike is just a really good guy. I recommend him and his company for all of your plumbing needs. read more

Talk about finding an honest, creative and helpful plumber, Mike and his son, Kenny are just that. I've had a few others from his team show up, but these guys are my plumbers. They do excellent, honest and great work. They've installed a new shower and moved my toilet, a dishwasher. I'm having them hook my ADU to the sewer beneath my house. Any other plumber would not have called the inspector to have this work done. Until Mike called, they were going to hook it up to the street sewer. He saved me thousands of dollars. Thanks Mike and Kenny!!!! Lori read more

Drain Pro Man - Drain Pro! The Best! - Plumbing Near Me

Oh I should definitely start writing reviews for these guys considering they've been helping me so much! Rick, Mike, and Kenny are awesome people, and great plumbers. They have a small town feel to the operation - you'll be friends with them by the end of whatever job you all do. Their work is thorough and of really good quality. They're good at communicating throughout the job (mine have been small so far, but still), and for scheduling jobs. They get busy sometimes because they're so good, but they make time for everyone Beyond just being a plumber, Mike is such an interesting, kindhearted, good person. He's helped me out a lot. These are my goto plumbers. they've done a lot for me read more

Super Fast Service, Fair Price & Excellent Plumber. Explained everything to me and showed me the problem. Thanks!!

On 02/18/23, I hired Drain Pro Man Plumbing and Heating, a family-owned business, to remove 3 old bathroom faucets and install new ones, remove a kitchen faucet, and install a new one, in addition to replacing their respective supply lines and angle stops. I was impressed by Mike and Richard who were respectful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. So, I right away wrote a very good evaluation on their website. The cost was $895.00 which I THOUGHT was a FAIR COST ...THINKING that they had "THOROUGHLY" installed my 3 faucets with all their parts as included on each new set. The following day, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when I found that the 3 new bathroom faucets' water stops did not fit correctly. Although my new faucets came with a Drain Body, my 3 sinks still had the old ones in place, hence causing the Push-Down Drain Plug not to operate as it should. Without consulting me, Mike and Richard had taken it upon themselves NOT to replace the Drain Body parts. When I reported my finding, Richard said to me, that they had not replace such parts to "save me installation money." As if that was not enough, they took my new faucets' Drain Body parts with them without asking me if they could have them... Again, VERY DISAPPOINTING. On 03/01/23, Richard came to replace the parts adding a $150 labor for doing so. I understand that people work for a living, BUT since I had hired them to install the COMPLETE FAUCET SETS the first time around when I paid $895.00, I expected them to not charge for coming back to finish their job--Richard then took $45.00 off from the $150 labor... On that 2nd day, I added to change one toilet tank handle. The part cost $17 and Richard indicated that a $150.00 "Service Call" was required to change the handle even though he was already here to correct his unfinished work from the time before... Very DISAPPOINTING experience that has led me to believe that HONESTY and CUSTOMER SERVICE/SATISFACTION are LAST ON Drain Pro Man Plumbing and Heating's LIST. read more

Mike is outstanding. My toilet was literally backing up into the tub (Ugh), and after unsuccessfully trying to use my home warranty, I found Drain Pro. The real problem is the vent for the pipes is on the roof. Mike and his son Kenny got on the roof, and stayed up there for hours unplugging whatever the heck was clogging the pipes. We never really figured out, but at least it's completely cleared. I asked for suggestions to make it easier the next time, and he game a few ideas. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or scare me with the threat of future problems. He even said we don't really have to do anything. If we decide to move forward on one of the suggestions, we will definitely Drain Pro to do the job! read more

I was blessed today to discover Drain Pro through Yelp. I had a major sewer stoppage and already had another quote from a plumber that was sent by my home warranty service. I called Mike to get a second opinion, and am so glad I did. He came quickly, and we eventually discovered that if the first plumber had been allowed to proceed, I would have paid a lot of money for a "fix" that wouldn't have worked and would have torn up a huge chunk of my yard. Mike and Ken took another route to the problem (snaked a camera through the roof vent, which was very difficult) and fixed the stoppage. I am totally confident that Mike and Ken are super-competent at what they do. It was a very complicated situation. On top of that we simultaneously had water leaking through a retaining wall in the back yard. They went with me, around to the next street, to my back neighbor's yard to see what was the problem- thinking it might be their pool was leaking. When we couldn't find the problem there, they figured that it was actually due to another neighbor one house up who had left his sprinkler on all darn day. I doubt I would have ever gotten to the bottom of it so quickly. Estimates are just that: estimates. It's clear that if I had gone with the other company, it would have cost me a lot more in the end. Mike and Ken don't lowball; they give you a real accurate estimate because they are able to diagnose the problem - like a good doctor. Mike and Ken are transparent in what they do, very nice guys, and explain everything in detail (I'm sure I drove Mike crazy with my questions, and he was so patient). I even called him later in the evening with two more questions - thinking I would get the machine, but instead caught him at a Cub Scouts meeting - and he didn't act as though I was bothering him. What else can you say about guys who really know what they are doing, are fair, and are nice about it? They have a client for good. Thanks guys!!!! read more

Mike is honest and straight forward. It's refreshing in Los Angeles to deal with someone that knows what they are talking about and doesn't try to upsell you through the roof. They were fast and clean ( that is a big plus). We've recommended them and our friends say the same thing, they are awesome. read more

Had them plumb a new construction (2018), as well repair and pipe an old 1920s house a few years ago ,everything they have done for me is amazing. Wished I would have listened to my gut and had them do a remodel job we did in a bathroom 6 years ago (2014), now I have to repair the damage from the leaks and redo all the piping to make the drains work properly and no leaks. Drain pro is doing the work this time and are pointing out all the flaws from the remodel. For the past few years I have exclusively using these guys. They are the best in the area. read more

I recently had a main line back up. I initially hired another rooter service to snake out the main line. When it backed up again a few days later, they came back out and after running the camera told me that I needed extensive repair work that would cost many thousands of dollars. They indicated that it would be in my best interest to replace the entire sewer line. This would even cost more money. I also had a sewer company come out and they recommended that I also change the entire line. I'm not sure just how much this would have cost because neither one of these companies actually provided an estimate for the repair work. I was referred to Drain Pro by a plumber with more than 40 years of experience. He suggested that I call Mike and have him take a look. Although Mike's schedule was pretty full, he kindly squeezed me in at 7:30 in the morning as he knew that I was concerned that the main line would back up again. He showed up on time, snaked out the line again and after running the camera informed me that no repair work was required at this time. We came up with a plan to maintain the drains over the next 6 months. I really appreciated Mike's honesty about what work needed to be done. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need. His bill for the work that was done was very fair for the time spent. I'd had several sleepless nights since the problem started and Mike gave me back my peace of mind. Mike's been a licensed plumber for about 30 years. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use Mike's services and would not hesitate to refer to him in the future. I only wish I ad found him sooner. read more

I came home one evening to clogged pipes. Based upon the other reviews, I called Drain Pro and left a message. Mike called back, quoted a price and showed up that evening.
