The man I spoke with, Mark I believe, did not even need to come out to look at it. He just said if we would send a picture of the tank a couple of guys would be over to start removing it that afternoon. They arrived around 3:00 and Mark brought the new heater about an hour later. By 5:30 we had hot water again! All three of the men were very nice and well mannered and did a wonderful job. My brother had called two other companies and the prices were all very close, but he just really liked who he spoke with at Eastern. Sometimes you just need to go with your gut!
