I had them out to fix my 2 valve American Standard Toilet. my toilet was flushing normally until…read morethe part broke. They replaced the broken part but the toilet was not flushing as well as it had before. They came out but said that the toilet was old and was not delivering enof water to the bowl because the discharge holes had calcified and the toilet needed to be replaced. My usual plumber had recovered from an injury and he came out and said the tank was fully emptying into the bowl, but the water was not circulating fast enof to fully flush solids, that there was an obstruction in the drain. He used a tool to clear the blockage in the drain, and the toilet is now back to a normal flush. Since i have a bidet and do not use toilet paper the plumber said the blockage was due to a small object having been flushed down the toilet. I am the only one that uses this toilet i suspect that the DMP plumber was the one who dropped the small item into my toilet, assuming that it was not intentional, i would have expected any plumber to have followed the steps of my usual plumber to diagnose the issue before recommending that i replace the toilet.

The charge was fair, the service was excellent, and the gentlemen were courteous and professional. I will be sure to follow up with them for my install.

The one that leaked the day after they left. This is a low quality "home owner" style installation. Everywhere else in the house, drains are glued together with high quality drain line.
