A very nice man named Anthony helped me from start to finish! He requested photos of the issues, and from them gave me advice on what to do. A few other plumbing services contacted me, too, and all gave the same advice. I went with Anthony because he got back the fastest & was trustworthy from the start (and also the company had stellar reviews on Yelp). Through the week we arranged the item I needed, I paid for it to be picked up at the Home Depot convenient for him. It was over 100lbs & I am truly grateful Anthony handled pickup & delivery. Come Thursday Anthony & his associate Miguel arrived to my home & brought the unit up my stoop + two flights of stairs, and swapped my old commode out for the new one within two hours! I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, care & work Anthony & his people afforded me. They saved Christmas! Bless you, Anthony & Miguel! Got a call back very quickly saying they were on their way and would arrive in about an hour. Anthony arrived with another gentleman, Dom, on time and they patiently listened while I explained what was going on and what I tried. Anthony told me they'd first try to snake the drain and if that didn't work, there was another procedure with a water jet. I appreciated him being upfront about the fact that the first thing they would try may not work in order to set expectations. Decided to go with the snaking and Anthony let me know the price and proceeded to do the work. They were very thorough, spending about an hour working on it and testing it. By the end of the snaking, everything was working without an issue! Throughout the work, Anthony and Dom were extremely pleasant. They took extra care to ask if it was okay to move things onto the counter or if I wanted any extra protection on the floor.
