Our most recent need for service was to replace a hot water heater that I noticed was leaking on Christmas Eve. A call to Dave Franchini in the early morning of Boxing Day and he was able to come to the house in about an hour to examine the problem. His offer to replace the heater that very day was like receiving an enormous Boxing Day gift.
