Dragonfly gave me a great price to install a new kitchen workstation sink plus a new faucet and an InstaHot unit. They also installed two new bathroom faucets and shutoff valves under both bathroom sinks. They did a wonderful job and based on what it took to install the bathroom faucets I'm really glad that I didn't try to do it myself because I would have failed hard and would have needed an emergency plumber to bail me out. The kitchen sink was never even a possibility for me to install, starting with it weighs 70 pounds and because it's deeper than the sink it replaced literally everything under the sink had to be replaced and re-plumbed completely. I had what I thought was a fairly simple plumbing issue I needed a quote on. Described that I needed, an outdoor faucet inspected and fixed. Only leaked when the water was on. I was pretty sure it was just the anti-syphon valve on top but wasn't sure. Austin came back with an honest quote right around what I would have expected an hours' worth of work and a repair kit for parts. Didn't even need to come out and look at the problem. I got brave and decided to look at it and found out I could handle the fix. But I appreciated their honest approach to a simple fix. The big companies around town wanted nearly 4 times as much. To follow up on another review, this company also exceeded my expectations. I had filed a home warranty claim, and my warranty company tried to deny the claim after multiple tries. Crystal was absolutely amazing! She took charge and let them know that it was a unit that was 40 years old, and that it was a safety hazard for my 3 year old son and myself. I appreciate her not letting a warranty company say no to my claim. SHE IS A SUPER HERO.
