I gave them 10 vhs tapes. They were able to convert 9/10. Despite me writing my name out for them and also despite the vhs tapes being labeled, they misspelled my name on 5/9 dvds. When I asked if anything could be done verad gave me attitude and told me "I'm money hungry"??? What's this about? Extremely unprofessional service and truly embarrassing. It saddens me that people conduct their business in this way. I was also pressured and forced to pay online in full the night before I was to pick up the tapes or else I couldn't retrieve them. I had to stop what I was doing to pay on my cellphone while being out at a dinner. What a joke. Super unprofessional and horrible experience. I do not recommend.

Scary thought, but if they were lost or damaged we have no other copies. I guess on the other hand, if something were to happen I wouldn't need the pictures or negatives because I'm sure I would be headed for divorce ; ) Yelp to the rescue...I found Ray's business and was apprehensive but willing to give it a shot. Ray was very responsive during the entire process. He not only did an amazing job but he also picked them up and delivered them to my house! His invoice was clear and the pricing was more than fair. This whole process could have been such a mess if anything were to go wrong, but Ray was flawless and a great guy too. Tip: This would be a great gift for parents or others with tons of videos or negatives that are decaying and need to be converted. Don't wait until it is too late.

Laky and his team went above and beyond on our wedding day! A few days before, we video called with…read moreLaky so he had an idea about what we wanted in our video (we shared a google doc with video ideas we specifically wanted to get and he also inputted ideas that made our wedding video even better in the end). Through his work experience, he was already familiar with our culture, so it made easier when we explained how we wanted our religious ceremony captured. In the end, Laky incorporated our religious ceremony perfectly into the wedding video because he took the time to learn about the different parts of the ceremony (it was in a different language), and portrayed the ceremony correctly with the correct background music we wanted for each section, even following up multiple times to ensure it was correct. Post ceremony on the day of, there was a miscommunication with our photographer, but Laky immediately stepped in and confidently directed us...he saved the day by photographing our day for us with no hesitation! For our couple photos, we had another problem because the photo spot we had in mind was closed off and Laky was, again, quick to pivot and found us amazing spots around our reception venue. I am not naturally photogenic, unlike my husband, but Laky and his team made us feel so comfortable with their effortless conversation. Their demeanour kept us relaxed and in the moment. We also really appreciated that they helped direct us and gave us certain poses and prompts when we didn't know what to do. Because of this we got the shots we love so much. Post wedding, some of our guests mentioned they also used this company for their own wedding and they also really enjoyed their wedding day with them. In the end, we highly recommend Laky's services and are so grateful to them for capturing our day so beautifully.

This studio is nestled into the 3rd floor of a very clean and polished building with a parking structure attached. While convenient, you do not necessarily need to use the structure as there is ample FREE street parking. These parking features are only an added bonus to the immaculate and very high tech studio. Upon entering the establishment, you are greeted by a professional and well-manicured waiting room from which you can traverse into a conference room, where clients/talent can discuss the segments they will be shooting, or the room could be set up as wardrobe/hair/makeup, or into the stunningly large studio (where the magic happens, although I guess if the conference room is transformed into a hair/make up salon, that could be considered MAGIC too) that boasts both a large green screen space and a "talk show" set. The control room is located in the corner of the "talk show" set and green screen portion of the studio, where the mastermind Adam magically transforms the talent from standing in a studio in Beverly Hills to standing in Las Vegas, Hong Kong, a deserted island or even standing next to Kelly Ripa on the set of "Live with Kelly and Michael". I have used Beverly Hills Studios on several occasions to film new footage for my hosting reel (and trick people into thinking I am the 3rd host on Live with Kelly and Michael) and let me just say, the footage I have received is extremely impressive... All of my peers are convinced that I host at least three shows they were unaware of... Even though I really just simply wrote specific segments and shot them accordingly.
