Ultimate Black Bean Deluxe
Joy S.

We are a family of video game players, board game players and arcade game players. When we go out of town, we always look for a new arcade to try out. For less than $10 a person, you can play all the old arcade games that you used to play as a kid;unlimited. This is the best deal we have had, since they don't put a time limit on it. Some of the games didn't work but most of them did. They had a great selection - not 60 like they claim and no shooting games . The specialty entrees were good, better than normal bar food but not the best I've had. The ultimate bean dip was not seasoned in the slightest and I've had better mozzarella sticks everywhere else. The bbq wings were nothing to write home about. The chicken nuggets were okay - fries were not. (Maybe if they were crispier). The burger was amazing and cooked perfectly. The tater tots were the right crispness and didn't have too much salt. This was the best part of our meal. I expected this establishment to be way louder, and I'm sure it can get that way but at 2pm it wasn't too bad. The establishment was clean and the bathrooms were the best I've seen "EVER" in a bar. The server seemed busy but was attentive enough and got our orders right. Draft Cade is known for their draft beers on tap and have a decent selection of specialty drinks. We arnt able to drink (I have epilepsy) so I don't know if they were good or not but other patrons raved about them (about 60 types to try from) I gave this place 4 stars because of the foods not being seasoned that much. We had a fun time playing the "old" games and will think about coming back.

Perfect spot for friendly gaming. Grab a drink, have a bite, wear the wristband and have some fun! The Yoshi Kiss is a divine drink option. The appetizers were the perfect snack. Friendly and fast service! Plenty of games and they all work!!

are you ready for a uniquely fun family, friend, or date night?? on the menu: house burger porky's revenge fire burger kids chicken strips kids mac & cheese fried pickles our thoughts: TONS of arcade games for every age and skill level, making for hours of super fun entertainment. with 60 taps and a menu full of shareable apps, tasty burgers & sandwiches, it's easy to have a great time our tip: give yourself plenty of time, it's easy to get lost in the fun...we may have spent a full hour on the DDR game kiddo menu available: yes

This place checks a lot of boxes: fun arcade games, childhood nostalgia, a great selection of beers on tap, family friendly (but the kind of place adults actually want to hang out), reasonably priced, and a relaxed atmosphere. Despite the fact that they were short-staffed, everyone was friendly and attentive, and our food and drinks came out in a timely manner. Only 4 stars because some of the cup holders at the pinball machines needed a good cleaning, and the food is just okay. But I'm not coming here expecting a gourmet dining experience, so overall the food experience was fine. Really, I'm here for the games and the extensive beer selection! In addition to a family outing, this place would also be great for a date night or hanging with friends.

This place is a lot of fun, and one big selling point for me is how much easier it is to navigate than some of the other concepts in town. There's more space, no "one in one out" lines, and a chill vibe. Having experiences + bars is always a winning combo, and I brought my buddy up here after being introduced from a Yelp event. Here's how it works: Duckpin Bowling is a blast (and this is the only one in town) It's $5 per game, or $30 to rent the lane for an hour. Check in with the bartender to get all coordinated. Even though I can't get a strike to save my life, this is really addicting; it's like bowling but the ball is more like an oversized bocce ball. There's definitely a technique, but I'm the wrong person to try to teach it. The arcade is a great deal as it was only $4 for all we could play. I believe it's $7 on Thursday-weekend. While all the old-school games and pinball are fun, they don't call me as much as the pop-a-shot, skee-ball, football toss, and the like. There's something about the old-school nature of those, combined with the mini-challenge of trying to top each round that makes me instantly hooked. Beer menu is also really strong here, and the food is bar food. I tried a quesadilla with sriracha in it that was fine but nothing to write home about. All in all, this is a really fun space in Zona Rosa that brings a cool factor to the area. For me, it's a ways from home, but if you find yourself up north often I'd recommend making this a regular in the rotation.

Love this place! The drinks and apps were delicious. The menu had a gamer theme. Tons of games to play, and you don't event need to pay extra for them. It was such a cool dinner:happy hour spot. Kids are welcome as well!

This spot is so fun! The drinks are cute and the games are fun! It's a great date spot if you're looking to do something more than dinner.

$7 for a wristband and hours of entertainment of pin ball, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Pac Man, and Ms. Pac Man. I had so much fun and my hand hurt afterwards from gripping the joystick so hard. I haven't played a classic video game since well ...Atari was a thing. Our group played skee ball and shot hoops with a BB challenge. Oh and we were there during an adults-only time which was even better. They had a good amount of beers on tap to choose from, so even better I got to have the STL-based Schlafly pumpkin beer. Good stuff!! The downside was that they closed at 10, but it was in the middle of the week. They have stands next to each of the games to set your adult beverage. The wet wipes dispenser was empty but at least they had an anti-bac dispenser.

Awesome place! The staff is always super friendly and more importantly tentative. I've been here many times and have yet to have a bad experience. The beer selection consists of over 60 taps, most of which are rotating. Screens above the bar show how much is left in the kegs, which is super cool. Food is contemporary bar food with many twists on some of the classics you'd expect to see. The outlying area outside of the bar is littered with retro games for unlimited gameplay at 7 bucks. This is a great place to pawn the kids off and have a few cold ones! Pro Tip: Do not sit at the bar next to the basketball game, you will likely get clucked in the back of the chair or worse.

Fun place to play arcade games. $7.00 and play all you want. Old classics. We had drinks and an appetizer. Good bar food.

Machines broken, $7 all you can play but half don't work or have broken levers/buttons. Not worth the money to go.

We were waited on for food and drink refills the whole time and the staff was very considerate of me bringing my young children. They brought down the giant connect four for them to play with while the adults played bocce. They even gave them cute hats and medals for rewards!! The whole establishment was very clean and well kept up. The lanes were very nice as well! Didn't get the chance to explore the whole place but it seemed like it went on forever. The buffet they provided for brunch was so delicious!!! Best buffet I've had by far. The sliced ham and other meats right there for you, had fresh waffles with tons of toppings. They even make omelets fresh in front of you! And there were a ton of other options of food, including my kids favorite pizza and chicken fingers haha! It was 30$ per adult but kids under 3 were free so perfect! And don't get me started on the chocolate fountain!!! Didn't get to grab too many pictures bc we were too busy having fun!!

Decent place to hold a fun team building event - about a hundred of us enjoyed it last night…read more I had a blast playing pool, bowling, and playing video games with new and old work friends. Food and drinks were adequate - I especially enjoyed the jalapeño pork sausage. Bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of parking. Service was friendly and efficient. Happy to return.

However, whoever the blonde waitress in the purple shirt was should not be working in a place specifically for children. She was mean to the kids. I thought maybe the kids, being middle schoolers, may have done something. I did some investigation into this and found that any of my students that tried to interact with her had a poor experience. The kids tried ordering food from her and she straight up ignored them. She threw menus down on the bar top at them. She glared at them and made "stink faces" at them. She put in an order for one of my students incorrectly and proceeded to blame it on my student. I observed this behavior myself. She was rude to me as well, saying "You need to give me a minute because I have all of these other people to worry about." Then continued to not help any of the other people she pointed to. I waitressed and bartended for ten years before going into teaching. This behavior is not okay, especially toward kids in an establishment where the targeted audience is kids. If she was overwhelmed or stressed, I understand that. What I do not understand is the blatant disrespect. She acted out of immaturity more than any kid there. If the excuse is understaffing, then Main Even should've scheduled more people on a day they knew had several schools scheduled to be there. Also, understaffing is not an excuse to be crass to a bunch of kids. I observed this behavior from her doing this to kids outside of my district as well. The kids did not know they couldn't order soft drinks from the bar area. Instead of telling them this, she gave them hateful looks and ignored them. To get her to come up to you, the kids either had to get an adult because she would blatantly ignore them or call for her when she was standing there not doing anything. Most of the time, she was hiding in the kitchen. Even then, if the kids came to get me, I had to do the most to get her attention. The entitlement coming from her was obvious. She thought she could do whatever she wanted because she was dealing with kids. I have no clue why she stayed behind the bar on a day where absolutely no one is drinking because there are more than five schools there and no one can drink, but she did whatever she could to get out of doing her job. She ended up resulting to telling the kids to go to the other food line, which was at least fifty people deep at all times, because she didn't want to put in the food orders. She said it would be faster. Anyone with eyes knew she was lying. I apologize for the long review. However, I do not appreciate or take it lightly when adults who take out their insecurities, unhappiness, and bad days on children. If you don't like dealing with kids, don't work at a place where you are going to be dealing with a lot of kids.
