My acne was the reason for my visit, which I have been struggling with for nine years.. I am an aesthetician so I am aware how to treat the skin topically and I have also seen dermatologists for antibiotics and accutane. Accutane was wrongly prescribed when I was 18 and it changed my skin for the worst and hasn't got better since. Judita figured out that i have to much heat in the stomach and my body is just working over time and this is what is causing my acne and acid reflux. My first time at a Community Acupuncture clinic was over a year ago and I can't seem to stop going. The problem is news got out on the clinic I normally go to so the clinic is always packed with people who have appointments and people who walk-in. The feeling of relaxation starts to diminish because you wait in a lobby with so many people and little room to stand and sit before being assigned a chair in the next room. You also feel like you're just a number. Enter Room For Health - thank God! The clinic is close to me, there's a private lot with TONS of parking, and.... its a lot quieter with way less people! So you get that personalized attention from the acupuncturist trying to meet your needs without feeling rushed. It's awesome! Veterans get treatments for free and you pay on a sliding scale between $15-40 based on what you can afford. The only issue I have is that the clinic is closed on the weekends. If you're in pain, you should definitely stop by and let Ron take care of you!

Susan takes the time to delve into everything you've done, what meds you've taken, and then she thoroughly examines your body. She started treating me with acupuncture and holistic meds. She diagnosed a severe case of gall bladder blockage. She worked with me regular MD and proved to him that holistic medicine can work with and augment standard medicine. I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes and the Chitosan I get from Susan helps control my blood sugars and improve my overall well being.
