Judita is absolutely amazing!! She has great energy and is here to help heal the people. She is a highly intelligent women with lots a knowledge and education. But what makes her so efficient in her work is her ability to ask the right questions to figure out the root cause to your problems..she's like your own private personal investigator. She's very proficient at making you feel comfortable enough to open up and share what is going on. If I could describe her with two words it would be PURE GENIUS. Total wellness has unbeatable prices, and a great range of different modalities. I was there for two and half hours and received acupuncture, a in depth verbal consultation, cupping and a little massage for 75 dollars! My acne was the reason for my visit, which I have been struggling with for nine years.. I am an aesthetician so I am aware how to treat the skin topically and I have also seen dermatologists for antibiotics and accutane. Accutane was wrongly prescribed when I was 18 and it changed my skin for the worst and hasn't got better since. Judita figured out that i have to much heat in the stomach and my body is just working over time and this is what is causing my acne and acid reflux. She also recognizes the emotional aspect of my condition and addressed that to me as well. I am so grateful to have found Judita, she's a blessing to earth. She has a heart of gold and a great power to heal and bring balance. read more

I have been suffering for years, going to Western doctors and getting prescribed medications that either did not help, made the symptoms worse or helped for a short time and then stopped. I had gotten to the point that I was ready to try anything and I knew that acupuncture was my last option. I did a lot of research on Yelp before I found Juditha and all I can say is that I am glad I decided to begin my treatments with her instead of any other place. When I called to schedule an appointment, I didn't think I would actually get in that week because I knew Juditha was the only person working at her office. She asked me several questions while we were on the phone and was able to get me in two days later. I was so very thankful for that! Juditha has literally saved my life and I cannot thank her enough. I really feel and believe that Juditha cares for her patients, like they are her family members. She doesn't just take you into a room and stick needles in you. She sits you down every time and talks to you, finding out how you've been doing since the last time you were in and she gives you homework to do from one session to the next. She puts so much of herself into caring for people, I don't think she takes enough care of herself sometimes!! I know that every one of her patients (those that I have been in contact with) feel how genuinely good she is as a person. She is patient, kind, loving and would never brush someone off. Her heart and soul are put into every patient she has. I would and do recommend Juditha to my friends, family and anyone I come in contact with that I see needs help. I always let them know that they need to schedule in advance because she is the only one at her office and she is very busy because of her loyal patient base!!! I would give her more stars if I could!!! read more

I am so glad I found Total Wellness on Yelp :). The acupuncturist Juditha is very personable and attentive. I've been to 3 other acupuncturists in the Phoenix area and she is by far and away the best. She is dedicated to her patients and will work with your schedule. Her rates are affordable and the office is very clean and tranquil. I see Juditha for assistance with IVF and back pain. At my last appointment with my fertility doctor he said everything was looking "fantasic!" ****update: I'm am currently pregnant with twins :) read more

Judita is amazing. She listens to your concerns and works tirelessly to heal you. I came to her 2 years ago with neck and shoulder pain. I did not want to take medication as it only masks the problem, not heal it. Judita uses a combination of acupuncture, cupping, and gua sha. She has helped me physically, and the additional rewards are mental clarity, positive outlook, peace and happiness. I look forward to my visits. If you need relief, I highly recommend Total Wellness Acupuncture. read more

In for shoulder and neck intermittent hurt for past 2 months. Massage alone did nothing to help. So boss lady here did a LOT of good. Acupuncture, acupressure, cupping and scraping. Had not experienced cupping or scraping, but I am so much better after this treatment for about $85 and hour and half. Planning to return next flight I have and time here. Best treatment I have ever received. Thanks sincerely Judita. read more

I started seeing Judita for the pain in my hips, which had been getting progressively worse over the last 10 yrs. I was also have vertigo problems when going from a sitting to laying down position and visa versa (for almost 8 months). Within 3 or 4 appointments of scraping/guasha of the neck area the vertigo was gone. Evidently i had a blood flow issue, possible created by scarring from a cervical spine surgery back in 2015. As for my hips, using all her techniques she was able to relieve me of some of the pain, but after around 15 appointments determined that my issue was structural and advised me to see a surgeon. She was correct! I had hip dysplasia and the cartilage was pretty much gone. This woman actually wants to help you. She is a problem solver, but wont continue to treat you if she thinks you would benefit from other procedures. The word integrity comes to mind. Im retired military and spent years abusing my body for my country. I had been trying for the last 10 yrs thru military doctors to get a proper diagnosis. All i got was drugs and shots, waste of time. I did quite a bit of searching and tried one other acupuncture company, then finally found her. Her rates are really reasonable too. Thank you Judita for caring enough to help me. I highly recommend to anyone who is tired of the run around by western medicine to try this first so you have more knowledge of your condition if you eventually have to see a western doctor. read more

I am so grateful I found Total Wellness Acupuncture. I do aerial arts, which is insanely hard on your body, and I was referred by one of my instructors when I strained/ruptured my calf during training for a competition. In two treatments (with rest in between as instructed) I was in good enough condition to start training again!! She is magic... Every time I go in, it's a great experience. Even if there's nothing specific bothering me it's worth going in, as I leave feeling refreshed and energized! I have nothing negative to say and will be a loyal customer forever!! I've since referred multiple fellow athletes, all of whom have been extremely happy and continue to go in for treatments. read more

Judita is amazing!! I would highly recommend Total Wellness Acupuncture! AAAA++++

This place is awesome! I have tried every Western medical method to control my lower back pain and nothing. I limped in with tears and walked out smiling! A must for anyone in pain. read more

Judith has been treating my back pain (from two spinal surgeries) for some time. I have less pain and walking straighter for which I am very grateful. Yesterday I saw her for burning sensation in my low back near my hip area. I don't under the physical terms but the muscles had tightened around the nerves. Judita knew exactly what to do and I am so happy to report that I am totally without pain! I am so grateful to feel like a human again. I am doing my housework without pain! Judita has helped improve my quality of life so much. She is highly educated and she has a gift she shares with her patients. I highly recommend Judita Griffin! read more

This is a wonderful place and Juditha is an angel from heaven. I was in constant pain before seeing her.

Juditha has the worst demeanor. I called once asking for Accupressure therapy. She said she can do this but wasnt available for a week. So I said ok, I am going to see if there another therapist available sooner. She was very rude about it. Then I called back in a couple days to make an appt and her demeanor was again very rude and after I booked the appointment she asked me if I went to another therapist as if again she was insulted. I asked her if she wanted my business and she said no. So, I canceled the appointment. Too bad, she lost a good customer. Hope she eases up. read more

First, ignore the ONLY 1 star review. It's not a legitimate review as it is not at all based on the care provided, just a perception during what appears to be a phone call. I have a very stressful job to the point I was constantly tense, lived with upper back, shoulder and neck pain, and sustained frequent tension headaches. My health was being compromised. I love my work, but I hate the stress. I needed a change, but could not change professions. Judita at Total Wellness Acupuncture has helped turn around the stress and literally changed my physical health and my mental health. I felt a difference after the first visit. I now go once a week and look forward to the experience which is very unique, to say the least. She is a true healer and I am so grateful for her today. read more

This is second acupuncturist I have gone too and she was the better of the two. She took the time to get to know me and talk about holistic healing. Her services are affordable and she does not push herbs or other treatments on you. I would recommend her to anyone looking for quality well priced acupuncture. read more

My shoulder froze up in great pain. On the 2nd day, on a Friday, on my way home from work, at about 5:30 pm, I walked in without an appointment. Judita looked at the clock, thought a moment, and then said, "Okay. I'll treat you." I had about 50% motion and reduced pain after just that one treatment. I don't know what she did, but it was magic. She saw me the next day also, and I improved further still on that 2nd treatment. I don't understand how she figures out where to put the needles or why it works, but her needles work! read more

Have never tried acupuncture before and my only regret after visiting Total Wellness Acupuncture is that i wish i tried it earlier! For years i've seen medical doctors that either told me it would take years to fix my health issues or would continuously send me in for testing to try to find out one thing to treat at a time. After coming in to get acupuncture and cupping, i felt 100% better after my first treatment then i have in SEVERAL years of traditional medicine. This woman has changed my life and i am forever grateful. She is the very first person to promise me i will feel better and this is not a permanent state of health. From then on, i've been hooked! Natural medicine is such an incredible thing and is so helpful to people such as myself who are involved in a career where most prescription medicines are prohibited. Just when i thought there was no more hope to heal i was blessed with this opportunity to get treated with the most care and compassion given by the wonderful and trusted owner. Now thanks to her i am free to enjoy my life with no restrictions and the most natural way possible. Thank you for believing in me and most of all thank you for what you do for your patients. I cannot recommend this business enough. She changed my life! read more
