I have high anxiety with dentistry but this office, Zoey in particular the assistant, absolutely everyone in the office was kind, courteous and my anxiety dropped almost immediately, I rarely write reviews, and more rarely about dentists. Dr B, and my dental hygienist Kelsea are fantastic. Kelsea is gentle, and makes sure that she explains everything as she is going through the cleaning and also follows up with always requesting your next appointment. Dr B is very patient and thorough with his work. He never has made me feel rushed, or less than a cherished patient. Said it could be an infection in the bone and the options might include a root canal or extraction. But being the cautious type, he recommended that I take an antibiotic first to see if that would clear up the infection. Sure enough, it did. Rather than coerce me into an expensive procedure he chose to put my interests first, which I appreciate tremendously. An ethical dentist with a naturally friendly personality. And a shout out to his assistant, Melissa, too. Very professional yet easy to talk to. Dr Bob has gained a patient for life.

AWFUL ... AWFUL PLACE. The girl that answers the phone has the worst attitude I have ever seen…read more She is very rude and does not have any professional skills. My husband suffered 4 days before finally being seen by this dentist. The dentist suggested a root canal. After prescribing antibiotics (that did not work) he had to wait even longer with severe pain and a swollen face/neck before new antibiotics were called in! We then went to a dentist ($1500.10) and had the root canal done. Well, after a lot of money the tooth cracked. We went back to Dr. McShane ($250) and he sent us to have the tooth pulled ($520.00). Now without the tooth my husband is chewing fine and all is well. After a grand total of $2270.10 and a week of severe toothache pain for a tooth (that he went to have pulled in the first place) we can honestly say to avoid his practice. I wish I could give that practice a negative number!

Went to Sulkowski to have a tooth removed due to a cavity I had years ago. In fact, most of the…read moretooth was practically gone. After that, I was scheduled for a teeth cleaning. When I went to pay for the tooth removal and schedule the teeth cleaning, I was told that the bill for the cleaning would only be $119. When I do go to get my teeth cleaned, after it was done, the dentist said that they'll have to cap my teeth next. I repeatedly stated that I didn't want my teeth capped but the dentist was being pushy and kept saying that he was going to cap my teeth. Excuse me, but, they're my teeth and I should decide if they get capped or not. Secondly, when I go to pay my bill for the cleaning, my bill, which was supposed to be only $119 skyrocketed to $300. Even though I was offered a plan that would lower the price of the cleaning, I still had to pay $200. I should only have to pay the price that was written on the invoice and not anything higher then that. This place is a blatant ripoff that tells people one price and then charges them another one and I found the dentist to be pushy and rude. I'll never come here again.

My sons' (18 mos) pediatrician recommended a dentist visit because he has most of his teeth. I was a little hesitant because of his attention span. My husband spoke to the Dr. Hanna's receptionist and she told us they usually don't do exams until they are at least 2 1/2 but to bring him in anyway. The assistants and Dr. Hanna were extremely friendly to us and they basically put him in the chair to make him feel comfortable and tried to peak around. (No charge) As far as my experience, the assistant I had was amazing and so knowledgable, friendly and helpful! She took her time to get to know me and made me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions. I dread going to the dentist, so going now makes it a whole lot easier!
