Skeptical about ordering a recommendation on online? Listen to your gut. I appreciate the idea, but after being approved, the link that was sent to collect my credit card information was saying that my card could not be processed. The approval email even comes with a little statement saying if you have problems processing your card to email them. Now I'm waiting for a response. Will continue to update this review if there is any resolve. Update: After not heating from anyone for the better part of the morning, I decided to try going on a computer to process the payment. They told me it would take 5 minutes to talk to a doctor to get my medical marijuana card. I waited in front of my computer for 3 hours after their web site kept kicking me out of the video chat. After that I messaged them the next day and the lady said the doctor will call me soon. I turned my ringer on and waited 2 hours. I asked what's up it's been 2 hours and they said the dr tried calling with no success, which is a complete lie. I will write this same review on as many sites as I can today because this company shouldn't be in business. I have never had a worse experience. They have my $200 and said they cancelled my appointment but I did not get my 200 back yet. That should require and include an interaction with a real Dr online with a video chat or at least a phone call.
