I called around took 4 bids and Auto Glass Express was the best value for the product that they promised to install OEM glass and Calibration. My car is a New 2022 Honda Pilot with lane assist and needs calibration. The whole process was easy from scheduling to installation. The truck showed up to my home on time and the install team did their thing with pension and professionalism. I chose to go to the office. They pulled my car in and got right to work. The staff was friendly, and professional, and provided excellent work. Claim submitted on a Friday, windshield replaced (first time) on following Monday. Safelite came to my house which was convenient! Joshua was very, very polite and professional. My wife dealt with him while I was at work. It was very hot and sunny that day. I came home to find a gap between the factory plastic and the bottom of the windshield. I contacted Josh and he was very quick to come out the next morning and try to fix the gap. While trying to do so he splintered the edge of the windshield. He was very apologetic and offered to repair or replace the whole thing. I obviously opted to repair it to factory. I asked for an OEM replacement, he asked his boss who quickly said no way. I guess Progressive only wants to pay for a cheaper, substitute? Either way, Josh apologized and set up a new replacement time. Fast-forward to today (Friday), I was off work and Domineck contacted me to say he was on his way. In my driveway on a 70 degree, cloudy morning, Dom was able to cleanly remove the 1st replacement windshield, install the 2nd, properly install plastic FORD hardware, clean around the windshield, reinstall the front-facing camera/rain sensor/auto-dim accessories, and provide friendly conversation while doing so! The accessories were difficult to snap back into place but that is no fault of Dom's. That's just a modern product not being user friendly. All in all, both guys were a pleasure to work with. Dom was just more experienced and patient, I guess. Josh had a hot, rushed afternoon working against him. No harm, no foul. All's well that ends well. I haven't checked the lane-assist or auto-dim sensor but I'm sure it's fine considering how little it is affected by the glass itself.

Before installing the glass, he eyeballed it one more time and realized the database was wrong (glad he could spot that before he took off the old windshield). This was not his fault - he followed the manufacturer's recommendation - which was wrong. He called around and was able to get the right windshield and came by the next morning to put in the new windshield. Zach was attentive to detail, never got frustrated and when above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his services. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

Yesterday I called a few companies that fix chips. This morning Zach called me back, he was the only person to return my call out of 6 companies...... He came over within 10 minutes of our conversation, was incredibly pleasant as I talked his ear off while he was fixing the chip, even wore a mask which I was very impressed with as people seem to be relaxing with the masks ( I sincerely appreciated him being safe) and it only took 10 minutes. I'm assuming the price was reasonable as I have never gotten this done before and never priced it with another company. As well, he guarantees his work. Alright. Waited until 4:30 to call again Was told they could not do it and I needed to take it to a mechanic shop. A whole week wasted. Do not use this company.
