Where do i even start,well for starters when i went to the office the doors weren't even open i had to call them to remind them to open up because the front desk girls where chatting away and didn't notice the time and i gave them untill 8:06 am untill i called because my appointment is for 8:10am.now that was not a big deal for me but it just got worst after that, so the young lady at the front desk was very nice she hands me a tablet to sign up, but after that she goes and chats with the other workers ,and the conversations that they are having are irrelevant it was almost like a high school.as i am doing the sign in i needed help with something and i was standing there for a good few mins untill she notice me so she helped me with
My issue. After i was done signing up again she was again back chatting laughing etc.while i am waiting for her to help me.but again after a few minutes she notices me and i finally get checked in.so now moving on the audiologists, he calls me in he seems like he don't wanna be there he ask me what i am there for and when i explain to him he tells me basically to not talk no more because hes only there to do the test and i should save my energy for the doctor. and i told him well you asked me so that's why i was telling you. So now i wait for the doctor she was very nice but very uninformed as to why i was there, after explaining to the audiologists and her nurse. the doctor didn't even read me or have me understand how my audio test went it took me to call the next day.now mind you i did forget to ask about my test results but as a doctor that is your job to inform the patient on what's going on, but that was not a big issue because as i said she was very nice, but i did feel rushed like they just wanted there money and for me to go. Well it does not end there so the next day i called to ask if the doctor has any concerns with my test and how we're the test.the young lady at the front desk tells me everything is fine and she says my test are ok so i asked her because before i left the previous day the other lady said once my test get updated she will uploaded to there patient portal. so i ask this lady could she do that because she "claimed" to be seeing it so after i told her can she upload it she knew i caught her in a lie, and she proceeds to tell me that they don't have it but it should be uploaded by noon but didn't you tell me you could see it? So at this point i am very frustrated so i call back 5 mins later to see if i can speak to the doctor but this time the lady that helped me the day before answered the phone and she transferred me to the nurse and my goodness the attitude on this nurse and you have to understand im just calling to see if there are any concerns with my test. i had a professional attitude since the beginning so there should had been no reason for this nurse to have a bad attitude or be treated the way i was treated by the staff. the way i was treated i will never go back here and i recommend going to another professional ent service and trust me i went to another one before i came here and they treated me with great professionalism so i know what great service is supposed to look like the only reason i came here in the first place was to get a second opinion so please do yourself a favor go somewhere else. read more
