I have been praying to God every day for a year for it to go away. I now know I have a permanent tinnitus! I would not wish this on anyone as I know I will never have a quiet moment in my head for the rest of my life! I will always have to hear the permanent high pitch scream in my left ear. I guess I should have been warned when the technician squeezed my head in their CT machine when I was doing my 2nd scan before the surgery. The doctor asked me how I crushed my septum after I woke up from the balloon sinuplasty procedure. He acted surprised as he asked me. I was bleeding profusely from the left side of my noise as I was leaving the clinic. I guess he got up there real well as that is the side of my head that now has the permanent tinnitus. If I had to do it all over again I would skip this procedure all together. I would rather live with a stuffy nose then hearing this constant scream in my ear! It will almost drive you mad and now that I know it is PERMENANT it just might!

When I went in they told me to be patient. They are not receptive to questions, in fact I would say defensive. They don't explain things well. Please avoid, they are just trying to get you to do an expensive not necessary procedure.

This review is of Neil P. Williams, M.D., and not the entire practice…read more TheDrugDealer sent me to see Dr. Williams after the first of my two sleep studies trying to prove my Sleep Apnea was due to some sort of obstruction and not Central Sleep Apnea caused by Chiari. After a short examination, his nurse took some prescription Afrin and then Lidocaine and sprayed them up my nose with a high pressure sprayer, like they use to clean concrete parking lots. Then she left the room and and Williams came back in with a 3-foot long flexible black cord with a light on the end of it. Without asking or informing me of what he was about to do, he leaned back my chair and proceeded to slide that 3-foot long cord DOWN MY NOSE. He started with the right nostril and it hurt so incredibly bad that he had to pull it out and start over on the left nostril. Apparently I have some sort of bent/crooked bone in my nose (um, maybe because I broke it twice) that was making the right side hurt so bad. He said that my sleep apnea didn't appear to be caused by an obstruction, but that he did see the results of acid reflux disease while looking down my nose and into my throat. Guess what? I got another prescription for Nexium. Just what I needed. The acid reflux had been caused by all the other prescriptions I had been prescribed by TheDrugDealer. Then, this doctor spent the next 45 minutes yelling at me because I was too fat (tell that to TheDrugDealer, to get more sleep (um, that's why I just had a sleep study dumbass) and to get 45 minutes of exercise every day. Apparently he also ignored the Chiari diagnosis for which I am not allowed to exercise. 2005 and 2006 were just full of doctors who ignored everything in front of their face. Thank God 2009 came along.

It took 10 short minutes for the doctor to tell me that he does not know what is causing it, that everyone has ringing in their ears and to ignore it. He told me that I could punch him in his arm due to him wasting my time and money. Yelp users please keep your hard earned money. This doctor will waste it and a lot of it. This practice makes you pay before leaving so I was charged $156 for nothing. To top it off they charged me $189 just for walking in. It's sad to say but I regret even making an appointment. This is the very reason why millions of Americans would rather sit at home and suffer than waste their money seeing a doctor who will do nothing but rob them of their hard earned money.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I hate that my original doctor retired because I have never dealt with…read morethis much hassle before. They require constant visits, and it feels like nothing but a cash grab. I've been on medication that works great for me. However, when it came time for my refill after 60 days, I was told I had to come in and pay $145--for what? The medication works fine. I followed their instructions back in December, refilled my meds in February, and now it's May and the same issue again. With inflation and the rising cost of living, who can afford to pay out of pocket every time just to get a refill? And let's not even talk about the cost of the prescriptions themselves since I haven't met my deductible. Please explain why an in‑person visit is required for refills within a 60-90 time frame? Every refill requires another appointment, regardless of whether the medication is working. It honestly feels like they are milking patients. I only see these people for one thing yet they want me to come in for other services. Why? I only want to see you for one thing. They then said, I would need to show them proof of getting wellness services else where. Why? I don't have to prove anything to you'll. I only see you for 1 thing. So why the hold up. If the money went toward improving the office, it might make more sense--but the place looks untouched since the day they moved in, likely back in the '70s. It's old and outdated. Trust me--if you value your time and money, go somewhere else. Find a provider who cares more about patients than padding their pockets. GREED IS RUNNING THIS OFFICE.
