I had not been to the dentist for many years after fear of dental work, but total dental is amazing all around, the dental assistants are so friendly and welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. And the dentist himself is so nice and personable, and did great work and did not scold me for my dental issues. So pleased with this office and would recommend many to go here.

Been coming here for years but I'm certain this time I got swindled. Had upper permanent retainers…read morereplaced a couple years ago, came out of pocket $400 at the time. They broke and so I returned to price it out again. $700 I believe is what they quoted. Removable retainers were $500 and there was a "more durable" retainer they claimed would be great where I would get 2 sets for $1,000. I said no, and was immediately asked why I didn't want the more expensive pair. Not sure why that's even a question in today's economy. Anyway, I settled on the most cost effective option which was $500 for removable retainers. I show up and pay my balance-which of course they wanted to ensure that was paid first. For $500 they ONLY gave me an upper retainer! No one EVER said it wouldn't be a pair. In fact, all of the conversations I had with the front desk girl & Hygienist they always talked about it being a set. This is like going to a store and being sold one shoe. Definitely won't be back and it you're looking for a dentist on the Island-I would recommend you go somewhere else!!

This place is all about taking your money…read more Been going to this dentist for 4 years and I will never go again. They left me with out a crown since I had it replaced, it broke 6 months later. They never offered a solution or to refund me. I had to ask for the refund. Long story, they work with a automated confirmation system and I texted to cancel the day of, I got sick So what they do they send me a $25 cancellation bill. I can say that I have paid them thousands through out the years I been seeing them and one cancellation with In The 24 hour policy they bill me $25. I talked to the administrator Karina and she was always nice to me since I paid my bills on time. But once I pushed back on this BS $25 bill she became a different person. With this place I will tell you, you will never get the same cleaning person or dentist, it's all about the money. I told karina I will pay them the $25 in Pennie's and she simply shrugged her shoulders. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT UR TEETH, they only want your insurance and all of your money.

Once she called the day before a visit to let me know that parking could be an issue and gave instructions as to the best way to get a spot. Before coming here, I was under the impression that all dental visits involved pain. I just had never been to a good dentist. Both doctors have pleasant dispositions and are extremely knowledgeable of their craft. They make their patients as comfortable as possible. I know this because I have referred my family to them. They all have nothing but raves about their experiences.
