They put it in writing, showing what they were going to do, how much it would cost, how much insurance would cover and that my co-pay was ZERO. It had my insurance plan at the top. So when they said it was covered, I believed them. IT WAS EVEN SIGNED! Then I got a bill for over $2,000. "Oh, we don't accept Medicaid, just your Medicare." "Yes, your insurance DOES pay for what we did, but we don't accept it, sorry about that!" They said they ran it. They said Aetna said it was a covered service. I disputed the bill with Aetna- yup, I'm on the hook for it, even though Aetna sent me a letter of denial and assured me I would not be billed. Do not trust these people!! I asked PLENTY of questions and was met with assurances all around. I'm on disability and now I have to pay them over $2,000 when I could have just gone somewhere else that really did accept my insurance. This should be illegal.

I told the client of mine who's a physician and she said is anything hurt, I don't smell anything, are you aware of anything? The answers were no so I made an appointment with a dental professor whose client is my friend. She said I did not have any implant infections. I could maybe get 10 to 15 more years out of the top bridge so I don't have to rush to fix that but the folic center said that I had to do both The top and the bottom and they wanted $46,000 and to put me under for 5 hours. That was a no from the start!!! They bought the price down but I was not going to go back. I do agree that I have a lot of bone loss, I also agree that two out of the four implants on the bottom were not in the bone. I will go get bone grafts and another location and have a consultation in the upcoming weeks.

My wife booked my appointment and noted that nothing would really happen today as they would be evaluating. My appointment was at 7:30am and I arrived early. The MA who pulled me back was asking me questions I honestly couldn't answer (since it's beeeeeen years since things have been done in my mouth). She made me feel and looked at me like I was stupid. We were precious patients in 2019 and had no work done since. There was no rush, and she could have looked at the chart but didn't. Long story short they made me feel stupid, they didn't provide quality competent care. My wife called at 8:00am this morning to cancel our future appointments and what's sad is that the person who took the call didn't inquire as to why two patients are deciding to no longer seek care from your office.
