Went back and a different woman adjusted so that specs ride very high up on nose and chafe my ears as well. Now view through a slanted lens which seems to be not as clear as original position. Will return one more time for fitting or or see if they can replace with correct position. Or will try replacement lenses on my old tried and true frame but if no satisfaction will go back to my old source for glasses. Also had to wait a month for new glasses then another month for the replacement. FAR TOO LONG! gw

She would not listen to…read moremy input on the state of my eyes and kept wanting to sell me a new prescription when I needed surgery. Went to Dr Good in Summerland for second opinion at which time he said surgery was necessary as soon as possible and helped get me on waiting list for amazing Dr Browne. I felt I was treated as a retail patient and not a medical one. The cost for over $400 for a new prescription that last 2 weeks and 6 month delay getting on waiting list for surgery is not acceptable.

Dr. A Dhillon tested my eyes on a machine and then said I needed to see an Ophthalmologist and would make me an appointment! Well it is now Sept 16, have no appointment with anyone yet and I can't read! He showed no interest in my not being able to read. I can't read my pill bottles, any invoices etc. My glasses I got 4 years ago were 2.50 and these ones are also 2.50. I know my eyes changed in that time! Terrible service.

I felt like I walked into a mean girls club where I wasn't wanted instead of a customer wanting to drop a couple hundred dollars on sunglasses . I would have found it a bit awkward to put on a mask but if they had a sign up and a more friendly attitude I wouldn't have just left feeling so out of place . Instead, what they did was put the lenses into second hand frames they had on hand at NO charge. This was for a lady with limited income, and when she saw them she was SO happy to see again. I am new to this city, and was until now, concerned about finding a place to get my eyes and glasses straightened out in such a smaller town. Being from Surrey, even there, i had no end of not quite getting things right from others who also tried hard, but for some reason these folks here brought the essential tweaks to my prescription and application that helped instantly. They have given such appreciative attention to detail to get this to work, very admirable,, and all with indomitable good cheer, respect, and helpfulness. The discomfort i felt wearing glasses from Costco, that just didn't feel well, eyes and even my brain trying to cope with what wasn't quite right,, has now been rectified.
