The freezing was painless, the extraction was uncomfortable but not painful. Excellent instructions were given for aftercare. Dr Salomon and her assistant were truly caring. He complimented my wife about her overall dental hygiene - her gum lines were good and there no deep pits by the roots of the teeth. Still he charged 6 units of scaling. This would mean that she was in his care for an hour and a half - that did not happen. During the exam, the dentist wanted to fill two cavities - my wife declined. My wife visited a different dentist yesterday. She was charged for 2 units of scaling. Even more telling - the dentist identified two concerns about cavities; but the dentist put the two cavity concerns on a watch - no immediate action required. I cannot recommend this clinic - my experience is that they are only concerned about how much they can bill. Don't be fooled by their smiles and friendly comments, they are only in it for the money.

Went back and a different woman adjusted so that specs ride very high up on nose and chafe my ears as well. Now view through a slanted lens which seems to be not as clear as original position. Will return one more time for fitting or or see if they can replace with correct position. Or will try replacement lenses on my old tried and true frame but if no satisfaction will go back to my old source for glasses. Also had to wait a month for new glasses then another month for the replacement. FAR TOO LONG! gw

Went to Dr Good in Summerland for second opinion at which time he said surgery was necessary as soon as possible and helped get me on waiting list for amazing Dr Browne. I felt I was treated as a retail patient and not a medical one. The cost for over $400 for a new prescription that last 2 weeks and 6 month delay getting on waiting list for surgery is not acceptable.

It's also in the same strip as my pharmacy, the lab I go to for bloodwork, and my healthcare provider. The staff there are very friendly, and they all know how to make their patients comfortable. I'm very happy with the work that's been done; I hadn't seen a dentist in many years, so I was long overdue for a cleaning, fillings, crowns, etc. I appreciate every good thing they've done for me. The care staff goes above and beyond, its not easy for anyone in this role but they smile stand proud, are well trained in their scope of practice and give great person centered care. 4. The quality of care is 5 star, everyone is so approachable with questions you may have. Interesting that when I phone they know exactly where my mom is. How many Care facilities can say that. 5.
