My son had an…read moreaccident -he fell on his mouth climbing a ladder on a dock - while in Kelowna on the August long weekend and while in the ER, we started calling around to dentists in the area because he had dislodged one of his teeth. Dr. Farquhar returned my call within minutes - while at the beach on vacation with his family - to get more details about my son's condition and to let me know that he would find time on his calendar the following day to see and treat him (he also offered to treat him that evening if needed). At his request, I sent photos of my son's tooth and the injured area and Dr. Farquhar then took the time to text me back to reassure me that he would be able to treat him. Once at his clinic the next day, every single one of his team that I met were so kind and helpful- I've honestly never had a better experience. Dr. Farquhar was beyond incredible with my 6-year old son. He was going to have to pull the tooth, but my son never even fidgeted. He was so great with the freezing and his bedside manner, that my son just laid there while it was removed. No tears, no pain, nothing - I couldn't believe it!
