I made an appointment a day ahead as she told me they are quite busy. Arrived there and found lots of street parking in front. They are on the second floor of this office building. Staff very polite and cheerful. The massage room is dimmed and had soft music. Was asked if I want to shower first but I told them I did before I left the house. Overall it was the best massage I had for a long time. Yumi (I think that was her name) was very detailed and worked on my tired muscles from head to toes. Too bad I live in Kelowna which is an hour drive to get here but I think it's worth it. I made an appointment for next month when I'll be in town again.

My son and his girlfriend gifted me with a spa day for my 50th birthday. Being a spa virgin, I did…read morenot know what to expect. The minute I walked in I felt serene with the soothing music and quiet tone of the front entrance. I was escorted to a waiting area and given a hot towel. Not long after I was approached by Jade who took me into a lovely quiet room to start my treatments. I got my eyebrows waxed, a 30 min massage, a manicure and a pedicure all done by Jade. The experience was so amazing. I walked out feeling so relaxed. Jade was so lovely. She made me feel like I was in very good hands the whole time. Needless to say I brought my husband the pamphlet with a request to have this treatment again. It was not cheap but I was very grateful that I was able to have such a wonderful day. I would probably go back for one or two treatments as apposed to a number of treatments due to the cost. However, as a gift I highly recommend this!!!!

The pedicure was great and the girls were all friendly and chatty. The spa is very new and is a beautiful space. The location is good if you are staying in the area but parking could be a problem in the summer time. Everything seemed very clean and they actually gave me the nail file to take home which was a nice touch. The only negatives were the price and the colour selection. They charge $65 for a pedicure and when you include tax and a tip it gets up to around the $80 mark. Although to be fair anywhere I've been in Penticton that is cheaper hasn't been as good. They also only had about 10 or so polish colours to choose from but I imagine this will improve with time. Overall, I enjoyed it and I'd recommend it if the price doesn't bother you.
