She and her staff are simply wonderful. For the first time in my life I got an explanation of each step they took in examining my teeth. Since I had a full exam within the last 3 years, my insurance wouldn't cover it fully and it cost me $118 for the visit. I'm not upset about this because it makes sense that as a new patient, I would need to establish care and get a full examination. Just make sure to check with your insurance if they will cover a full exam so there aren't any surprises. I only had to wait 10 minutes before being called back by the dental hygienist. She was very kind and explained everything before she did it. She had a soft hand as well. When she was done with my cleaning, I didn't have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. As a patient with minimal dental issues, I had zero complaints about my appointment as a new patient.

He's the same intelligent, thoughtful, nice guy I knew from years ago.
