They lie and the Administrator refuses to return calls. She is very unprofessional. I was told by an aide that I was kicked out of the nursing home per the administrator. Have no idea why. But, that's ok with me. The cleaning people just barely sweeps the floor. One day I took the broom and swept the bathroom and had a pile of trash that had been there for weeks. I was being called by Molina for my sister-in-law advised I was to be taken off as POA I was advised per the Director Drew the facility did the paperwork to remove me and per Molina they never received any paperwork to remove me as POA as the Director stated. Again, more lies. I finally was able to get myself removed as her POA. Molina confirmed that today. This place has aides that stand at the end of the hall and chat while residents needs help. They use profanity in the halls. My husband and I spoke with a head nurse she was african I don't recall her name and while telling her of our concerns she actually fell asleep sitting in her chair and almost fell out of the chair. I told the Administrator this along with other major concerns and she blew me off and refused to speak to me. If you care for your loved one, PLEASE DO NOT PUT THEM IN THIS PLACE. The food literally stinks, and I would not feed it to a dog. My sister-in-law is a big time liar and manipulates whoever she can. I am so glad to not ever have to go to that place again. Also, when you go in to look around, they take you to the rooms that have been updated. my sister in laws nightstand and bed was falling apart. My husband had to fix her footboard back on because it is very old and needs replaced. The toilet seat was broken not to mention filthy. From the time my sister-in-law went there until I left back in July the bathroom sink nor toilet had ever been cleaned. The was they have the room set up isn't set up to handle 2 people. They cater to the lady who has been there for years. There is nothing nice to say about COLUMBUS HEALTHCARE CENTER ON CLIME ROAD.

Each session has improved my ability to stand up straight and sleep better on that right side. Sydney and Taylor are encouraging and move me through several exercises during the one hour session. I've been signed up for three sessions a week which helps me focus on my need for striving to improve my quality of life. Another provider I had two years ago was not as 'vested' nor did they have the equipment that Drayer Institute has!

During my healing process I started utilizing their massage and adjustment therapies as well. I suffer from a severe case of tendonitis and finally decided to give the Shock Wave a chance. WOWWWW. Talk about intense. The process was not the most comfortable, but I could feel the pain dissapating as we continued through the process. They truly made me feel so comfortable and let me take breaks as I needed. I noticed a difference as soon as we were done.
