After reading all the good reviews I thought it might be a good idea to get that numbness checked out. There was some confusion with the insurance coverage at first but it got all cleared up afterwards. It seems like the only thing that all patients need to pay out of pocket is the first time x-ray and the tests which I think the tests are worth it. Dr. Simonetti and Dr. Valenti are both very good at what they do. They both have different ways of doing the adjustment though. After seeing them, I feel like they have adjusted my spine and bones to the betterment while the numbness in my fingers is slowly easing up. I have seen them for over 3 months now and I feel like my body has changed and I sleep better. Hopefully the numbness is completely gone very soon. One more thing I would like to say is that Rita and Jemima, the front desk ladies, they are very nice, polite and professional. They know how to handle their jobs and also very good at it. We got started right away, first Dr. Mandel checked where I was feeling pain from then Dr. Mandel loosened my muscles with a machine (I don't know what's the machine called). Then finally the moment I've been waiting for, he cracked my upper back first. He felt where the tension was and cracked. Then he cracked my lower back.
