I have been coming to the office of Dr Lowe and Dr Ross for many years and they and their staff have taken care of our whole family, from our toddlers through adulthood and their parents. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My daughter has epilepsy and she had a seizure the morning of the appointment, I didn't think they would be able to do her exam. She was cranky and feisty throughout the procedure, but the staff did not give up and continued doing her exam and cleaning. I am so grateful that the dental assistants and the dentist were so patient and emphatic towards my daughter. I definitely will be making this her special needs dentist !!! I have been coming to this dental practice for as long as I can remember and now as a patient who is in their mid-twenties I hope that I never have to change providers. I have received top notch treatment here and always trust the staff's opinion. Around 10 years ago I went through one of their in-house partners for orthodontic treatment and it was the most pleasant experience (at least as pleasant as braces could get). One time during an emergency in which I was tripped during a basketball game and fell with my mouth open on my teeth, Dr. Lowe came to meet me at their office after hours to ensure that there was no immediate damage to my teeth. They have sincerely made me love visiting the dentist office, so much so that when I was away for grad school I would still make appointments with their practice when I came home for breaks. read more

Absolutely overwhelmed with the wonderful experience we had at the dentist today. They took my daughter in, (who has cerebral palsy, and was not able to visit her regular dentist because of insurance issues). We usually go to Rancho los amigos because it specializes with the disabled. However, they do not do as thorough of a cleaning job as they did at Dr. Lowe & Dr. Rossopoulos did today. They were so patient and kind with my daughter who has a tough time going to the dentist on a regular basis, but they were willing to do a checkup, cleaning and start working on a cavity that she had. For people who do not know, it is difficult enough to go to the dentist if you don't have any issues, but my daughter is disabled and it is very difficult for her to go to the dentist so I am very grateful that I found this dentist. We are supposed to return in three months. read more

I take my 1 year old here and am a cash paying patient. I brought her in for her 18 month exam and was floored at the $300 visit. She was in the chair for literally less than 5 mins. $104 just to see the doctor, $116 for cleaning and then $75 extra for fluoride. WTF! I could have gotten her fluoride covered at the pediatrician's office but since I told them she was going to the dentist they said they will let them do it. None of the costs were explained to me before hand. No discount for paying cash. I truly felt scammed. I called back later to express how upset I was and they said let me talk to the dr. To see what we can do about these charges. I never heard back from them. It's been 2 weeks. I will never go back. read more

I have been coming here since my children were 2 (now 10 and 13). I love that they are kid friendly and talk things through to my children before proceeding to do anything to them. They give examples to them so they can understand in kid friendly terms. All these additional steps have allowed them to become more comfortable in going to the dentist.
