They were very knowledgable about the make of my vehicle which apparently seldom need a programmed key; even though the manual says it does. This saved me a lot of money. James from Dr. Lock and Key came out to our house to unlock a desk drawer that locked with the key inside (who knew!?). My call was answered promptly, but since it wasn't an emergency I scheduled an appointment for the next day. James showed up right on time and had the lock open quickly. The key wasn't working well, but he cleaned it up so now it opens easily. The price was surprisingly low and I'm glad I didn't have to take the giant desk to them!
