Laser is new to me (I'm used to shaving/waxing), so initially, I was a bit nervous. However, when I first arrived, Reanna was super friendly at the front. I loved her energy, so cute. She quickly checked my temperature (nice! since Covid) and answered all of my questions/concerns while signing me in. I waited not even 5 min. before my nurse came out to get me. Her name was Kory! She had a big smile expression (can't see with the mask), pretty girl, also very friendly. We chatted, she went over all of the boring medical stuff with me and then left the room to give me privacy to prep for my laser hair remover. The whole procedure was quick and painless. My boyfriend had the micro needling procedure with PRP done here. It was my first time doing laser hair removal and it was such a positive experience! I booked my appointment via phone through Kim, and she advised that since I was a new customer, I would have paperwork to fill out and suggested I arrive at least 10min prior to my scheduled appointment. That's reasonable, since I would think the time I scheduled would be when I would start the procedure and I normally arrive a little early to appointments regardless. Kim was also thorough about what I should be prepared with when I arrive such as wear a face mask and not to bring someone with me due to COVID. When I got to the location early, I was immediately greeted by two women, one which was Kim. She took my temperature, which I found pretty cool because it shows they take precaution and also care about their employees, considering the procedures all occur in small enclosed rooms and sometimes require the nurses to come close. She then gave me an iPad and I began filling out the paperwork, which most of them were already pre-filled out with my information from our phone call when I booked an appointment. The paperwork didn't take longer than 10 minutes so I was able to get started a little before schedule. For the laser hair removal, it was done by the nurse, Kory. Since it was my first time doing anything like that, I was super nervous. Kory was very nice and informative about what was going to happen and how it was going to feel like, which relaxed me a little. The procedure was pretty quick, yet Kory was thorough because she would keep checking that she did not miss a spot. Oh my goodness!! The ladies here at the office were so accommodating and sweet. Walking in, I could tell the space was clean and even the pens were sanitized (super! in COVID times like these). Her name is Sarah, she is extremely rude, short, confrontational and irrational. Part of me feels bad for her, she must not be happy herself to treat others the way she does. Apparently I hear she's famous for mistreating people. I did bring it up to the other girl in the front office and the nurse in LA. I don't understand how this has not been brought up to management but in life what goes around comes around. I'm at the beginning of my 8 session laser hair removal and just to not deal with her, I drive all the way to their other location in LA just to avoid this lady for future appointment booking- it's not worth it.
