I should have taken pictures honestly. There is so much random clutter and garbage that the owners keep stockpiling in there. It's FILTHY. Literal mounds of their personal crap all over. All the machinery is wildly outdated and broken in some form or another. The ONE actual squat rack they have has a mangled and bent safety bar, other one is missing. This place is insane. My guess is that the owners use it as their main gym and basically sell memberships to help pay bills. I do not understand how they are in business. It truly looks like a frat house basement gym or a USSR training room. You've got to see it to believe it. Whenever I stay on the coast for more than 2 days, I come here to get in my swim. I just can't go…read morelonger than that without doing an hour of laps. Both my mind and body need the water! The pool accommodates 6 swimmers and I have never had to wait for a lane. One end of the pool is super shallow, like maybe 3 feet, and it feels a bit strange to swim when your fingers almost touch the bottom but it's a pool, and I need my work out! The water is a moderate temp, around 80 degrees which dpfeels cold when you enter but after two laps, it's perfect. The locker and shower room is clean, which You can't always say about recreational facilities. They allow travelers to use just the showers for $2 and they limit it to a very specific timeframe. If you pay $9 for the day pass, a shower is included. For residents who pay taxes to Seaside, the day rate is $6. Don't worry if you forget your towel, for another $1 they will provide. In addition to the main pool, there is a smaller baby pool and a jacuzzi. I pass on those, not just here, but anywhere. Since I visit Cannon Beach a few times a year, I'm thrilled this facility exists. Right after my morning coffee I take the 20 minute drive to Seaside, get in my swim, shower, dress, and meet back up with my friends to enjoy the afternoon and evening.

The vinyasa class began right at 8:30am. Desiree began class with a mantra and a suggestion to focus on for "today's practice." I like that! She reminded us often to breath & led us through mindful flows. To the people who were new to Yoga (there were 2 I believe) she was very encouraging and reminded them this was their practice and to find a position comfortable for them. Overall an excellent experience & I'm most likely going to class tomorrow @ 10:00am unless my brother plans something else for me at that time. 4 stars because I couldn't make a purchase from their store because it "doesn't open until 11:00am." There are beginner classes and more advanced classes, some classes focus on the core. The sessions are mostly in the morning and in the early evening. Don't be late! She has plenty of floor space and some merchandise for sale, including mats. I find these exercises have helped flexibility in my neck and spine (it makes it easier to drive). I am a guy, 54, and would recommend this activity to anyone. I believe the first class is free for locals!

Let me start out by saying it was the BEST massage my wife and I have ever had. Both massage therapists were sensitive to individual needs/requests, were extremely detailed in facial, neck and full body massage and were very professional and kind.
