I feel very lucky to have found her and this super nice dental office. They have a great staff that backs equally amazing team of doctors. My tooth isn't the same nearly two years after a routine filling by Dr. Rena Mollner. She talked throughout the entire procedure, even pausing what she was doing to continue her conversation. As a result I've had nerve pain in my tooth and I'm unable to eat normally with it. Dr. Nate Mollner attempted to pacify me in a follow up visit by telling me this is normal when a filling happens and it happened to him when his Dad did his filling as a kid, since a filling is only a stepping stone before you get more procedures! If this line of reasoning sounds like something you want from your dentist, this is your spot, sounds like it runs in the family. God knows what they're paying to get positive reviews, but I'm sure it's covered by the $300 plastic retainer they sell you. Don't go here!

I had a dentist elsewhere (a chain operation) before this who proposed an outrageous treatment plan and turned out almost none of that was necessary. Dr. Braun will always tell you the truth and isn't "selling" anything. I hear good things about the other dentist here too. I don't ever put forth effort to see the same hygienist and as a result have had many of them and they all seem to do a great job. They're booked super far out but if you need to be seen sooner and call and try to fill a cancellation spot that usually works out. I've been going here for 7+ years and family members also go here.

They charged me over 500 dollars to get a mouth guard (since I grind at night which is true) that I lost shortly after getting it and tried to get them to make me a replacement immediately after I lost it at a work trip and they said it wouldn't fit and that I would need a whole new set of imprints which is incorrect. I would be skeptical of some of their recommendations. I also had a crown and it did fit correctly and they tried to fit it again and I continued to have pain with my jaw and overall the dentist didn't even come look at personally she just sent me to a specialist and said I "might" need a root canal. Now I might have a unique situation but it doesn't appear that way and this appears to be standard practice so I'll be finding a new dentist. The staff is generally friendly and the office is up to code but, at this point I don't think the dentist has done a competent job and I would not recommend them to any friends or family. Nor do they really seem like they care about the pain my teeth and jaw have been.
