I went here for a gum graft in 2024. I am still fighting with them about my balance. At the time of…read moreservice, I was quoted $1,889 as my portion, and I paid that full amount promptly. I trusted that this represented my complete responsibility, especially since their own financial policy clearly states treatment plan fees will be honored for 180 days. Since then, I have received repeated bills over $1,000 and a threat of collections. I've contacted their billing department and sent a letter with no response. Unfortunately, periodontal clinics don't fall under the No Suprises Act. There are other legal measures I'm now going to have to take. What they are doing is at best unethical if not criminal. Judging by the other reviews and social media posts, this is a recurring theme here. During the procedure I was not even sedated the entire time. The only reason I went there was because of an extreme dental procedure anxiety. I would advise to not go here and if you do just plan that they aren't going to quote you correctly and will demand possibly over 1000 on top of what you've already paid. There is also a possibility you will be awake during the procedure.

I never felt rushed or hurried, they made sure that all my questions were answered and provided me with multiple treatment options. Of the surgical choices, I had the chance to review the different forms of anesthesia and Dr West offered me the pro's and con's of each; ultimately, it was my decision which one I wanted. I opted for a non-surgical treatment option, and I did not feel pressured to opt for surgery. Both Dr West and his staff explained things to me in a way I could understand. Their office was busy, but I never felt like I didn't get my share of time with Dr West or was being overlooked. The offices are nice, warm, and accommodating; the exam rooms were spacious (enough room for staff as well as anyone accompanying you). His staff took the time to converse with me and make sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. I would certainly go back to Dr West if I had any other ailment, and would highly recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you, Dr West (and Dr Dunn too)!

My 18 year old college student recently called me from her dorm literally crying in pain saying her jaw hurt. We got in with our dentist same day and were referred to Endodontic Associates as it appeared a nerve died in a tooth that had a cavity filled a few years back. They got us in within 25 minutes, diagnosed her, and to my great surprise offered to do the root canal the same day. My daughter came out of the procedure saying that it went smoothly and she had no pain or discomfort throughout. She reiterated how friendly, caring and nice Dr. Sparrow and his staff were. He explained everything and even drew a diagram to show my daughter exactly what to expect prior to getting started. She woke this morning to no pain and was back to her typical self. Thank you for getting my girl out of pain so quickly. Every single person I've encountered at this office was friendly, knowledgeable, diligent, courteous, and helpful.
