He did not pull a permit and he did not do the install to safety codes. Six months later the unit started to leak and he spent 4+ hours trying to figure out the solution. Updating review to respond to Business Owner, their false information and blatant LIE in their…read morereply to my review that was posted [3 months ago on June 18, 2026] Their initial recommended course of action shared was a replacement coil and a replacement compressor under warranty on their service visit. Only in my follow up communication days after the service visit did they change their recommendation with no substantial response to my inquiries for the change in their recommendation other than "don't go all engineer on me" (shown in screenshots of conversation) While on site, I never accused them of taking advantage of any situation and had an amicable conversation with Carlos. Only after reaching out via text [days after] the service visit and being advised that they changed their original recommendation did I bring up a "bait and switch" and seeking a second opinion as shown in the text message conversation screenshots below followed by their outright disrespectful attitude. In no way were we keeping the business owners away from the homeowner, who is my mother-in-law. There is a Language barrier and she directly asked us (Her daughter, and myself) to take over and assist with the A/C issue or concerns there may be If you look at the timeframe of when my review was posted, it was posted (3 months ago) on June 18, 2026 The business is BLATANTLY LYING in their reply by stating that "this review was posted after this individual moved out of state and is no longer residing at the home" As of this review Update (on September 16, 2026) I am more than happy to confirm that as of August 31, 2026 I no longer reside at the property, and have in fact moved out of state. This is 2 and a half months AFTER my original review was posted on 6/18/2026 with evidence of these time frames. The business is the one that took (3 months) to reply Additionally, i've also confirmed with the homeowner [My mother in law] TODAY 09/16/2026 that Carlos / Denise claim to have spoken that this is ANOTHER BLATANT LIE. They've never spoken to my mother-in-law in the last (3 months) since our service visit. So there's no way that "she expressed that she was very upset with how he treated me during the service call" HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL. Absolutely disgraceful that they even lie in their replies to comments on reviews.

I CAN NOT say enough about Seaside Air Services!! You know the summers here in South are brutal…read more. arriving home to house with NO AC is not something you ever want.. but tack on the fact I was about to have surgery and would be return home to a house with NO AC, with the humidity and heat index at 110.. I was in tears thinking about my recovery. I called Steven at Seaside... he is an angle! Although they were fully booked for that day of service.. he said not to worry, he would call me after his last appointment and come up and see what was wrong. After working all day, Steven showed up at my door and saved the day! He was able to determine what wrong, explained everything and contacted his supplier for parts, they had them in stock, Steven made a special trip to pick them up (since I needed my unit fixed the next day due to my surgery the parts would not arrive in time if they were shipped) Steven scheduled me for the NEXT DAY, ensuring I would have AC after my surgery! Steven arrived the next morning parts in hand, he fixed my unit and serviced it. Seaside goes above and beyond 'service and repair'. I spoke with Steven about my future plans of moving, he shared his expert opinion with me on what to look for as well as offered to inspect the AC unit at any property that I am going to purchase to make sure the unit is good as well cost for replacement and repair. There is not enough THANK YOU's for Steven and Seaside. They love what they do and care about your well being... honesty, integrity & great service, Sea Side AC has my business for life! Thank you so much Steven for going above and beyond, I do not know what I would have done without you, you are the best!

Extremely disappointed with Seaside Air Services. I called them because of a clogged AC drain and a…read moreleaking pan. My AC was cooling my home perfectly fine before they arrived. After their technician worked on my system, my AC is now no longer cooling, and I am sitting in a hot house in the middle of a hot Florida summer with three kids. During the visit, the technician also raised concerns about my refrigerant, told me my system was much older than I had previously been told, and the diagnosis seemed to change after I purchased their warranty program--from condensation to a supposed hole in the coil and a recommendation that the system essentially needed to be replaced. I cannot prove what happened, but the timing is extremely concerning. I called Seaside to fix a drain and a leak--not to end up with an AC that no longer cools. I will not be paying Seaside to come back and repair a problem that I did not have before their technician worked on my system. I am getting an independent second opinion and strongly recommend that other homeowners do the same before allowing this company to perform additional work. Very disappointing experience.
