In 2 months they increased my bill estimate by $20 but didn't give me the printout of the updated plan amount. Also, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth stabbed my tongue with an implement so I yelled ouch! She also forgot to floss my bridge. I had to ask her. Billing acts as if you understand math without a calculator and if you ask questions about the plan, they make you feel like you're being cheap or something. Also, Dr. Gooch himself said we will do 2 cleanings, 4 hrs total. "You have a disease we will clean each quadrant an hour each". I didn't get it done right away because I had a slipped disc and when I went, I said I'm in some pain,. I might not be able to lie for 2 hours. This was supposed to be the first of two 2 hour appointments. Well guess what? The dental hygienist finished in 45 minutes. I paid $635 for 45 minutes! That's like $1,000/hr. The cleaning was supposed to take 4 hours total and it took 45 minutes! That means they're committing fraud - They are charging for a service that they did not provide. It is not a coincidence that they have a 3.8 rating here. I'm going to talk to the office manager and demand all itemized receipts, my records. They are literally overcharging me - more than the estimate I was shown.

I brought my 2 littles in with me, for my cleaning and the hygienist, Becca, was so sweet and grabbed 2 chairs for them. The waiting area is bright, clean and was decorated for valentines day. They had a mini bar with soft drinks, a coffee station and cute homemade treats by the front desk. I'm so glad I chose this place for our new dentist.
