However he retired and I moved to Birmingham. I was putting off looking for a new dentist because they are often hard to trust and I feel try to do more work then needed. But, I needed a dentist ASAP because by I cracked my front tooth! I called the next morning and they were able to get me in same day. I was in and out quick, he gave me a great consult and did not overcharge -even undercharged- he also did not do more work to my tooth than necessary. My tooth looks great and I scheduled a future appointment for cleaning! I'm glad I found a new dentist and will recommend to anyone who asks!

I found another dentist and got a lot of work done on my teeth. Since I don't have a dental degree, I generally trust what dentists tell me I should do. I ended up in Dr. Cosgrove's office after all this work and immediately wished I had started here. The staff was kind and went out of their way to explain my insurance coverage and costs before I visited. Dr. Cosgrove took the time to explain the risks and benefits of the treatment he suggested. He did most if not all of the work himself, undercharged me for work he performed, and conversed in a very down to earth way with everyone he interacted with. i would not recommend this dentist because once they have your final payment, they treat you as…read moreinsignificant. my family member went today to get their permanents after this long 13 month ordeal and they were not correct and not what she wanted all the way down to the fitment. friday is a half day for this dentist and even with my family member complaining and crying their eyes out that they don't fit and do not look right, they ushered them out the door and said they would have to come back monday to "see" if they could adjust them and they locked the door and left her crying in the parking lot. we have already paid this so-called dr over $56,000 and the teeth still aren't right and she could not return to work today and will be forced to miss work on monday and possibly longer due to the embarrasment of wearing teeth that do not fit and do not look normal. there have been numerous days missed due to temporary teeth not fitting correctly and now the permanenets. no one deserves this kind of treatment especially when you are spending close to $60k. i wonder if she received this type of treatment because she is a woman. really makes you wonder..... buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gentle music, calm atmosphere, massage chairs, a blanket if you want - all the things. Everyone is so kind and helpful, and the staff and doctors are so attentive. I've had regular cleanings as well as fillings and, most recently, a crown (same day!) at this location. I have zero complaints about any of these interactions. They develop a care plan with you before treatment, so there are no surprises when you're done. My 5-year old daughter also is seen here and she has developed an early enjoyment of going to the dentist, which I know is uncommon. Once being taken back and getting X-rays, the dentist came in telling me that my gums were inflamed due to me having braces ( I didn't have my wires on, only brackets at that time). After enduring unbearable pain, and making several phone calls expressing my concerns, requesting for appointments or some type of antibiotics for treatment which may have resulted in some relief of the pain, I was told that a deep cleaning SHOULD help with the pain. Finally on April 12,2026, weeks of discomfort and denial of assistance, I contacted an emergency dental clinic, was seen immediately and the diagnosis was I needed a root canal and antibiotics. The infection could have entered my bloodstream, possibly resulting in death. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICE!!!
