When I return in Jan.for the root canal Dr. Luna did not numb me well , proceeded to drill when I opened my eyes he knew something was wrong he proceeded to tell me that he was attempting to save the tooth by filling the tooth, however I paid a root canal(suspect to say the least). I said Dr. Luna I paid for a root canal? He proceeded to do the root canal. He placed me on an antibiotic after the root canal and a week later the top right side of my mouth and face were in a pain I can't began to explain, I went back to Dr Luna and he looked at the X-rays and told me there was nothing wrong other than he needed to adjust my bite ( drilling again). I left and that night the pain came back even worse, I called the office a lady answered and I explained to her the issue , she said let me look at your chart , guess what ? She saw a cavity and a filling that needed to be replaced ( that's the lie I spoke of earlier that Dr. Luna lied about). I asked to have my records transferred and they gave me this spill about no we don't want you to go anywhere else come back in so we can rectify( excuse me I most certainly will not). I had already set an appointment at a different dentist( amazing chair side manners and experience). The new office informed me they would have my records transferred and not to worry. I have to return to Dr. Luna because I have paid for my procedure already and they have to place my crown , but when I tell you I don't want to because of the experience I had it's just not enough explaining I can do. I would not recommend Dr. Luna to anyone , they claim to be so Christian beware of wolves in sheep clothing, when you are a true child of God you don't have to speak it The ACTIONS WILL SPEAK FAR LOUDER THAN WORDS..

I work between AL and TN and after having a horrible tooth extraction out of TN I obtained a dry socket while working near this dental office. I called knowing the office was closing in twenty minutes and without hesitation they told me to come right in and they would gladly pack the socket for me. Everyone within the practice was polite, nice and worked very quickly. The practice itself was beautiful inside and out. The Dentist was thorough, knowledgeable and very nice. Even though they were closed by the time he finished packing my extraction the Dentist was nonetheless friendly and patient and took the time to explain my situation with me. Then I got to thinking what if I had some type of emergency, who is gonna help me. Guess what, I sneezed one time and cracked the temporary set. Then 3 of the posts didnt take. I had top and bottom implants done at same time. He ended up installing several more posts in. So instead of the ALL ON FOUR, it ended up an ALL ON 8. Dr. Matalka stood by his work. I can not say enough good things about this place. The posts not taking was no fault of his. I stay super tense and grind my teeth at night. They made me up a mouthguard and I was good to go. The pain wasn't so bad.....you would think it would hurt right after the procedure. I found the pain to be most intense from day 4 to 8. THANK GOD I didn't try and save a few dollars by going overseas. I seriously can not praise the staff or Dr. Matalka enough. He could have given up on me....he didnt. He did all the follow on appointments and 2nd surgery at no additional costs.

The dentist does not pay attention to your concerns and hurries you in and out. I believe this is a widespread issue in healthcare today. Consider visiting a non-corporate dentist. You will likely be more satisfied, as they genuinely care for their patients, unlike this facility. Last year, I had eight cavities filled by them, only to later see a new dentist who informed me that I had no cavities, and they had drilled into perfectly healthy teeth. I returned to discuss my TMJ issues, but she rushed me through the appointment. She mentioned sending me to physical therapy, but I expressed my preference for injections, to which she replied that she would refer me to a TMJ specialist. When I contacted them, I was told that Naos PT does not provide injections and does not accept my insurance, despite my dentist claiming otherwise. I have decided not to return to this place, and it frustrates me how little they seem to care.
