I do not think there is once spec of room left in the store to put anything. It is jammed packed! The staff are great and friendly. We went there to look for a few of the games we like. I went into the store to replace some stolen items, one item was in stock and I made the purchase…read morebut they did not have the other so I asked if they could order it into the store for me, the wrong item was ordered after I showed the employee the item with the sku on their website, I asked for the order the be cancelled after they charged 230$ to my card for the item and they told me they would cancel it, after being told it was cancelled I never received a cancellation email so I asked for a print out for proof, which then I was told they can't cancel the order and I need to call their customer service line to cancel, horrible service would not recommend this place of business.

The store location is too small to get around or even…read morebreathe in, customers are generally shopping for things they don't understand for their teenagers and have a ton of questions, and each staff member rings in their own customers - meaning, unless you can grab one of the few employees, you're going to be waiting a long time. I particularly scoffed when while I was being helped at the cash, another employee asked me to step aside so she could ring in HER customer. All that said, I ended up being helped by the assistant manager in picking up a new iPhone 4G and contract through Bell and he was helpful, knowledgeable, and fast given the messy process of getting a new phone. He tried hard to maintain focus on my purchase despite being asked a thousand questions by other people and managed to be a little personable at the same time. Will I be back? Not if I can avoid it - but my experience wasn't as bad as some of the other customers' that I witnessed while I waited.
