I booked an eye exam specifically for contact lenses. When I arrived, they told me my appointment had been scheduled the previous week -- despite never receiving any reminder, call, or notification. Mistakes happen, so I rescheduled for the next day. When I came back, I was told (same-day) that the appointment was not for contacts, even though that's exactly what I requested when booking. They proceeded to do a regular exam and dilated my eyes without confirming the appointment purpose or telling me it wouldn't include contacts. Then they scheduled yet another appointment -- supposedly to actually handle the contact lens portion. Fast forward to today: I drove to their Laguna Hills office, checked in, waited ~20 minutes, and then was told the doctor "doesn't have time to see me today." No call, no heads-up, nothing. I took time off work for each of these visits, yet after three appointments, I still do not have my contacts. To make it worse, when I called after leaving, the best they could offer was to reschedule me with the same doctor who canceled on me today -- again, no acknowledgment of all the time wasted or effort to accommodate. This office has major scheduling, communication, and customer care issues. After multiple missed notifications, incorrect appointments, and last-minute cancellations, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

She did not ask me ir anyone for CONSENT, and my daughter left the room CRYING FRANTICALLY. I asked another eye doctor if this was normal, since Hartley insisted she had the right to do so because the insurance requires a "full exam" and the doctor I spoke to said this was NOT NORMAL. In fact, the doctor I asked was SHOCKED. She said Hartley should have done something that does NOT REQUIRE her to touch the eye and that there are more advanced tools to do tests without anything invasive like those eye drop. Unfortunately, if she cared an ounce, she would have asked us all before doing something SO wrong. So basically she was more concerned with money than the well being of a child. Shame on her for traumatizing us with this TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am sure she will respond with more disrespectful remarks. I do not recommend this place for anyone. Her husband is an absolute ANGEL though.

The staff was welcoming, efficient, and made the entire process smooth. The lobby and offices are modern, large and pristine. Dr Skarvana was thorough in my exam and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her professionalism and attention to detail, and concern made me feel confident and well cared for. I should also mention that Harvard Eye Associates has a doctor on staff for every issue or complication that you may have with your eyes.

I'm hoping they make some changes because I just called to schedule an appointment and there were 38 people ahead of me. I hung up. That's kind of ridiculous, don't you think? She picked out a kids frame while we waited (They have a great selection) and after running a very thorough tests, she has perfect 20/20 vision! The office is very comfortable, the staff are polite and ruthlessly efficient which I very much appreciate. During the procedure, Dr Karlin was very kind and gentle. They wrapped my eye up, called in a prescription and sent me on my way. Follow ups were via FaceTime until I had an issue I wanted him to check out in person. I didn't have childcare that day so I packed my toddler into the stroller to come with me. Dr Karlin and his staff were very accommodating and went the extra mile to help me. If I have another issue with my eye I'll skip the ophthalmologist and just come here.

The entire team is welcoming, knowledgeable and very good at what they do. I had a consultation to determine whether I would be a good candidate. Following the positive outcome, I was able to set up a date for my surgery and go in for the pre-op within about two weeks. The technicians and optometrists I met were great. Each person took time to explain what the tests were for, what my results meant and how the surgery would correct my vision. I met Dr Raoof on the day of my surgery. She explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. She made me feel really at ease and in good hands. This procedure was a miracle for me. I've had really bad eyesight and worn glasses since second grade. The second I got up from the operation I could see almost perfectly. Despite discomfort on the day of the surgery, I've had very few side effects. My sight keeps getting better and clearer everyday. So thank you again Dr Raoof and your team at NVision. If you're considering Nvision, read the fine print carefully before proceeding. I scheduled what was advertised as a free LASIK consultation, only to later receive a bill for the visit. At no point during scheduling or check-in was it clearly explained that the consultation might not actually be free under certain conditions. This experience felt misleading and frustrating. I would strongly recommend confirming all costs upfront or considering providers who are more transparent about their pricing.
