I have been seen in the past 2 years for prescription glasses at 2 other practices and I was really dissatisfied because my eyesight was not where I thought it should be. I waited 6 months to see Dr Hall and find out my cataracts had progressed to the point that my vision was being significantly affected and they needed to be removed. Seriously, I was having significant difficulty seeing. Dr Hall is excellent and I trust her completely. She referred me to the eye Surgeon Dr. Pugh and who took his time examining my eyes and explaining everything to me. I had the cataracts removed from both eyes. I'm about 2 weeks past the surgeries and my vision is excellent. Pain control and sedation were excellent. I highly recommend this practice. There have been several complaints about how long the wait is when you are in the office. I really haven't experienced that. The main thing I wanted was my vision to be improved and it is. I highly recommend this practice.

I left and told them I would find another doctor that had more respect for their patience time. Which by the way I did. To check eye pressure they use this tool where they actually need to touch your eye. My kids hated it. I much prefer facilities with the air puff. They also still only offer pupil dilation here. There is no laser eye scan option which would've been helpful for my kids who hate having their eyes dilated.

She said she said she did not have that test, I HAD to have her test. I said no. She left. Another staff member came in. She said I HAD to have her test. We repeated the same conversation. She left. Another staff member came in. She said I HAD to have her test. We repeated the same conversation. We realized that there was no point in continuing, so I left the office. None of the three staff members smiled. None of the three were sympathetic. None of the three said, "We understand that we don't have the test you want. We will help you find an office with the test you want." They all apparently wanted to force me to have their test. Since then, I went to Walmart's vision center. I had the test I wanted, from staff that smiled, and I left satisfied. I will continue to go there for exams and glasses. I never did meet Dr. Conway.

He also sees them for preventative care (RIGHT!) and immunizations and physicals and such. So far, so good. The staff is friendly and efficient. Appointments are easy to come by (even on a Saturday).
