I understand it's not something everyone can be down with, but after having a very base level of care with other gynos, it's something I will pay to continue being a patient here. I had to get an MRI done to take a look at my fibroids and everything else going on down there and at first, my insurance approved it, but I was out of state during the approval window my insurance company gave. So that approval expired. When I finally got back in town, we tried to get a new approval. Big surprise, my insurance company denied it. They denied it 2 more times, but Dr. Rodriguez's office was PERSISTENT and they kept on it and got it DONE!!!!! I am so thankful to them for their energy and keeping their "eyes on the prize"! I've NEVER had another doctor's office be this way. Sylvia Chen is the best...she does my annuals and goes through everything with me and explains everything and is more than happy to stay and answer questions...there is never a feeling of being rushed. The sonographer is also awesome...she put me at ease during my pelvic ultrasounds. I had a surgical consult with Dr. Rodriguez because my uterus is just riddled with fibroids and she was the absolute best. So kind and caring and presented me with the options available and helped me to understand each one so that I could decide what is best for me and my comfort level. She also cleared up A LOT of questions for me regarding specific procedures and I walked away with clarity AND peace of mind. Seriously...the bedside manner and positive attitudes of the doctors, nurses, medical assistants and admin staff is above and beyond of any practice I've ever experienced. So thankful they are here and I know they have my back...and nether regions. ;)

I've had 5 ultrasounds in 2 years (I'm in perimenopause). I always need bloodwork. Read between the lines they are pumping my insurance for cash. Fine whatever. I needed to get a breast scan because I have a lump in my right breast Judy put in the request for my left breast which then required me to argue with the tech at the hospital about which breast to scan. Thanks, Judy. I still didn't quit. Then! Judy put me on GLP-1s after I said I was tired. When I weighed in that day the scale said I weighed 141 lbs the "better" ie not rigged scale that they used once I had agreed said I weighed 135. Hmmmm. I lost 10 pounds and felt great they then told me I couldn't be on the medicine anymore - not explained to me upfront - I was confused - now I need to meet with Elena herself. Go in for my appointment she is not there - no meds for me Bottom line Perimenopause sucks but this place makes it WAY WORSE! You have been warned! Xo

Dr Rebeles was patient enough to put up with my traumas and what not.. truly caring and extremely helpful through my whole journey of 3 months of hell. She called after office hours a few times, saw me at the hospital once.. she is a God send. Cant thank her and her staff enough for everything they have done. I remember when i first called her office they were not accepting new patients, i called again about 6 months later and whoever took my call asked why i needed to be seen and after explaining some of my issues they booked me. Thank God because i couldn't be happier elsewhere. My issues aggravated once i was already her patient, so at least i was in great hands already :) If you have any type of gynecological issues, please see Dr Rebeles. I bounced off from at least 4-5 Gyn in a span of 10 yrs before i saw her. My surgery recovery was a breeze and i am sure its because she is that great of a surgeon. Oh to top it off, much more affordable than 99% of the gynecologist out there.
