The owner washed and dried my car with a microfiber cloth that felt like an old beach towel and the swirls on my car are unbearable. The owner did offer to buff my car at a later date. I stopped by three days later to ask who would be buffing my car and to test them if they knew what they were doing. They told me my car didn't need to be clay barred again since it was done weeks ago but thats a lie. Anytime you get your car buffed you have to get it clay barred to get all the debris off the car cause one grain of dirt can cause more swirls. The owner wanted to do the buff job personally since he messed it up but I told him I didn't trust him to touch my car again and I asked for Isiah to do my car but the owner insisted that he do it and I told him again that I don't trust him with a buffer. To make it worse the owner admitted that the microfiber cloths I had in my car were better and softer than his so if you're using rough old cloths I don't trust you with a buffer you are most likely to use the wrong pads and to top it off my receipt was a flyer he had of his business and he just wrote my name my car and how much I paid in the top right corner.

Waiting room was nice and people were as well, didn't have any complaints. Up until the "finished" product and there after... When I requested to see how dark the tint would be.. they told me to look at this little cube that had a light in it .. poor example. Once on the car.. they had this spray and liquid ALL. OVER. THE CAR. DOOR. Never have I seen poor quality in person I was aghast. Never have newbies practice on customer cars, go practice on personal cars. This spray was going down the door and looked terrible.. only for them to say if I approved of it lol - that it looked like you know what. Well they didn't clean that up. Then I took it home. -I- cleaned it up. The rear passenger window had a beautiful knick in it. From where someone let the seatbelt whip against it. For sure it wasn't me, I've got no kids, no pets and no one rides in the back. They tried to completely pin it on me. Saying it wasn't there upon them turning it in. Finally convinced them to fix it along with the little cargo window. Which also looked like you know what. (Free of charge cause there wasn't no way I was going to pay) At the end of the day, the one rear passenger window, they STILL left a seatbelt knick in it, probably out of spite, but it wasn't terrible and ghastly. The windows one cannot see directly have bubbles and they still do - despite them saying "they will dry out" - a month later in summer 90 degree heat. Check your final product! And the progress, if you will -absolutely- do any business here. They're very xclusive in washing their hands of fault. Just move on and find another one. Even if it involves driving a fish bowl for another week.

I brought in a 99 Miata that had been neglected for the better of one year. By neglect, I mean, had…read morebeen sitting outside on the curb, barely driven, absorbing all kinds of sap, dirt, bird feces, etc. I finally got around to getting it "revamped" and I decided to go with Lone Wolf Auto Detail for the simple fact that Jeremy, the owner, was the only guy available to get me in quicker than anyone else. I originally got a quote just for an exterior/interior detail but I decided I wanted to remove the body kit that was installed on the car as well. Normally, in my experience, detail shops don't do this kind of work as it falls under the body shop category. I wasn't sure if they would do it but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask and to my surprise, I got more than what I expected. Jeremy and his crew did a FANTASTIC job removing the old body kit, including all the glue, installing new pins/fasteners and taking care of the holes the old spoiler left on the trunk. Not only did they do this, but they also touched up several spots around the car that another shop either missed or didn't do in the first detail over a year ago. To simply put, they went above and beyond my expectations and I fell in love with my car again. I plan on taking all my other cars here as well and I definitely recommend this shop for the quality and communication they provided throughout the time they had my car.
