So I thought since I was in the mood for a good burger, I would give it another try. The burger was tasteless. Even with a variety of condiments it didn't help. The roll was far from fresh making it hard to pick up the burger. Since it crumbled so bad, it had to be eaten with a fork. The top layer of the fries (maybe 6 fries) were gold and a decent size. The rest of the fries were brown, almost burnt and small fragments not even resembling fries. The two men cooking were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean. The tv's were silent with sports.

We visited Three65 Bar + Grill on 7/18/26…read more The kids ordered the Grilled Cheese Smash with fries, which is a burger served grilled-cheese style on sliced bread. They really enjoyed it! One small suggestion would be to offer kids the option of having the smash on a traditional burger bun as well. I know my kids would have preferred a regular bun, but they still really enjoyed their meals. We also ordered the mac and cheese bites. They're like little nuggets filled with mac and cheese, very kid-friendly, and all enjoyed them. Now, my burger!! There were so many good options on the menu that I couldn't decide, so I asked our server, Quadrick, for his recommendation. He recommended the BBQ Smash, and WOW. 10/10, 100/100! This was honestly one of the best burgers I've had at a restaurant in a long time. It was juicy, cooked perfectly, and everything on it worked so well together. The coleslaw was delicious. I'm so glad I trusted his recommendation! Quadrick provided great service, and everyone was welcoming. The restaurant has a casual bar-and-grill atmosphere with bar seating, regular tables, and high-tops. The bathrooms were clean as well, which I always appreciate. We will absolutely come back whenever we're in Goldsboro again. I'm sure the locals already know this is a great spot, but if you're visiting from out of town, definitely give Three65 a try!

The chicken sandwhiches are usually juicy so no need to worry about that. The second time I was left wanting more fries, they hardly gave us any. It was really sad. Burgers are cooked and built to the company standards. Delicious and juicy with unlimited toppings. Tables are not cleaned as often as they should be so you might have to look a little bit for a clean table. They have their awards posted as the only decor but they have some comic book panels featuring FG in the mens restroom which I thought was cool.

I have been passing by this place at least once a week, for more than four years now. This past Thursday, it was past lunch time and I was hungry! So throwing away caution, I stopped at the Sof-T-Shop, and I am so glad that I did. I asked the nice lady at the order window if the burgers were good? She told me that if I was not pleased, she would give me my money back. Well.. there's confidence for ya". So I ordered the double cheeseburger combo, with fries and sweet tea. OMG! I have not had a burger that good from a restaurant in a very, very long time! I mean it people! Look at the photo of that deliciousness! Two tasty beef patties, cheese, pickles and Chili !!! yes.. Chili. Not sure why, but I've never had a burger with Chili. It's Good ! The only thing that could have made this better is if the beef was hand-pattied and had a good sear on them. But hear me.. I'm not complaining! And the Fries; wow! Such a simple pleasure. Perfect fries cooked in fresh, very hot oil that resulted in a crispy outside and tender-tasty inside! yum.. And the sweet tea was just as good. The Sof-T-Shop is just off of I-795, coming into the North-west side of Goldsboro, close to the Army reserve center. I got the two hot dog special. Dog one had chili, slaw, and mustard. Dog two had pimento cheese. They use Brightleaf hot dogs here which I think are delicious but if you don't like the bright red pork dogs, you may want to go elsewhere. Buns were super soft; untoasted. Toppings were good. Chili, slaw, and mustard blended well together. They put the pimento cheese under the dog which is fine, but it meant it squirted out of the bun as I ate. Price for all that (two hot dogs, can of soda, bag of chips) was reasonable. $6.50 I think. Overall, it was ok.
